This places is strictly take out. There are no tables inside or outside. There is a park nearby, but the weather in summer is not conducive for outside enjoyment. It's a very small cafe, but for a good grab and go coffee I think it's worth the wait if they happen to be busy. The coffee we ordered was great! Their specialty coffee and teas were unique and very flavorful. We had the pleasure of speaking to the owner and she taught us so much about how the coffee is made. I believe they are 1 of 2 cafes that roast their own beans. We bought some coffee as well and we're enjoying it at home. read more

Opens at 7:00AM. Small batch roasted coffee is reasonably priced and served. This is a carry out coffee shop, selling a variety of brewed coffee drinks as well as a variety of whole beans and some healthy snacks and other beverage choices, but they are here for the coffee and so was I. My choice was the Cortado. This is equal parts espresso and lightly steamed, untextured milk (no foam) resulting in a strong balanced flavor. Similar to a "flat white" but the flat white uses more milk to espresso sand incorporates a textured milk resulting in a sweeter and smoother taste. The cortado was just what I needed to gear up for this mornings trade show floor. I purchased a whole beans pound of Roasters Choice for $10 and a whole beans pound of Savannah Sunshine Espresso for to go. This morning, we made a bodum of the espresso for our morning coffee at our VRBO stay in Greenville, SC. It was clear why the barista said this was their most popular bean, it was full bodied, slightly fruity on the finish, and had a smooth strongness rather than a bold/bitter strength. It went well with my wife's half and half, sugar additions and also it suited me for a straight up black cup of joe. Highly recommend both the shop and the roasted beans, just wish there was an option for internet orders for those of us who live hundreds of miles away and only get here once or twice per year. But when in town, this is an every morning must. read more

We loved this place! Stopped in because the children's coloring book caught my eye in the store window as we hadn't yet found a good Savannah locally made souvenir for our kiddos. That plus some local earl grey tea were just what we hoped for! Love feeling at home in a queer friendly environment and this cafe made us feel right at home. Highly recommend as the lovely barista was also very helpful and so kind. We recommend it! read more

Listen, I've had a lot of coffee in my life--probably enough to qualify for some kind of loyalty punch card from the universe. But the crew at Cup to Cup Coffee? They're on another level. These baristas don't just make coffee--they perform tiny, caffeinated miracles in a cup. You could roll in half-asleep, mumble something that sounds like "oat milk espresso cloud thingy," and somehow they'll nail it... and make you feel cooler for ordering it. They're fast, friendly, funny, and clearly love what they do. Watching them work is like watching a well-choreographed dance, but with more steam and fewer jazz hands. Plus, they remember people's names and orders like it's a superpower. The coffee is amazing, but honestly, I'd go just to hang out with these folks. Best baristas in Savannah, hands down. If you're in town on vacation or just passing by, this place is worth the while for a great cup of coffee and a very pleasant, fun staff! read more

walked in unknowingly 5 minutes before closing and the worker was super nice! Coffee was slightly burnt but besides that it was good. Syrup was 50 cents extra, very typical coffee shop. Not much sitting room but grab and go recommended. read more

Excellent coffee, no frills, just great brew! The staff are knowledgeable and the coffee seems to come from small growers. Been there almost a dozen times. They often have breakfast pastries from local bakers/companies. Pop in and try some coffee to go! read more

4.4/5 Servers were amazing and welcomed us with kindness, before even stepping foot inside. This small hole in the wall is the perfect summer spot to take a quick coffee break! I'm only giving 4 stars because upon there is no where to sit in or outside, so we just walked to the park. I'd suggest maybe a small couple 2 person tables or maybe even turning the counter into maybe a stool bar or something neat! Thanks for the ICED MOCHA!!! read more

I recently went to Savannah on a solo trip and stopped by here on my last morning. I got the Pomegranate Berry Dreams nitro tea and the double chocolate chip muffin and passion fruit mango lemon water. Everything was absolutely AMAZING - it was my first time trying nitro tea and I loved it! The shop was very cute and the owner was very kind and helped me figure out what I wanted. Such a sweet little coffee shop! It's very small but mighty! They only allow 1 party at a time which was great! The lady who was working was so sweet and patient with me while I tried to figure out what I wanted. I ended up getting a iced chai latte and a cannoli (Leave the gun - take the cannoli) if you know you know ;). I've been here before but pre covid so it was nice to go back again. This was a super small, cute coffee shop right by my airbnb in Savannah. I had a caramel latte and it was delicious. I meant to ask for it cold, but the barista didn't hear me. What a quaint little coffee shop! I've seen Cup To Cup Cafe's (CTCC) bags of coffee at various eateries and shops around town and passed by the cafe many times, but never had the chance to check it out until this past Friday when I popped in to have a hot little bevvy and something to nosh on before a couples brunch date with friends. It seems like it is a small batch coffee roaster and this is their retail location and coffee shop. According to their website, they have a production facility on Johnny Mercer. - Parking - Located on Abercorn, between Oglethorpe Square and Colonial Park Cemetery, it's right across the street from PJ Thai's. This is the historic district, so only metered, street parking to be found here at $2/hr. - Vibe - Not very large at all, but it gives it that cozy atmosphere. Most of the space is occupied by the coffee bar which right in front of you, as soon as you walk in. The cash is to the right and there is bar stool seating all the way down. There is another smaller room to the back where you will find a couple of tables that encourage conversations with other patrons and a small area with 2 lounge seats. - TLC - There was one girl working and she was really polite and sweet. She seemed to know the customers and was engaging in conversation with the ones seated at the almost full bar. - Eats / Refreshments - Chai - I love chai tea lattes! I was told that they make their own chai concentrate. I personally always order Chais with whole milk. I can't have it any other way. It was delicious! Chocolatine - Despite knowing full well that I would be having brunch in less than one hour, when I saw the little card that said "Le Cafe Gourmet" right next to the chocolatine, I had to have one. Le Cafe Gourmet is one of my top 3 bakeries in Savannah and I had almost forgotten how good those things were! I applaud CTCC for not only knowing their stuff about coffee, but knowing good quality pastries to go with them! - Kiddos - In my opinion, I don't think this is the most ideal place for a playdate meet up spot, only because of the size of the location, but you can still manage to probably squeeze in a stroller in there. However, if you have small children who are more independent walkers, the availability of seating, as well as the height of them isn't the best for their ages. I am so glad I got to finally check out CTCC. They have quite an impressive list of places that stock their beans or places that have adopted their brews. I most definitely will be returning when I am in the area again! read more

Exceptional coffee and service! We had a mocha and one of their specialty drinks (toffee nut). My only regret is not finding this place sooner! Both drinks were smooth and well balanced, not too sweet. I love that the place is small, cozy. Feels very local. Highly recommend! read more

While visiting family in Savannah, GA we wondered into Cup to Cup Cafe. The employees were kind and friendly. They had some donut and pastry options available in addition to their impressive coffee menu. We got a plain glazed donut and a cinnamon twist, both were fluffy and delicious. My iced latte was delicious and hit the spot. The location is right near an adorable park, perfect for sitting and drinking your coffee. Inside is a little tight, and I wish there was a place to sit. I have been hearing rave reviews on this cute little spot on Instagram & Facebook. So decided to check it out while playing tourist with a couple of girlfriends. First off its small. Two rooms max, no really artwork or character to the place. White walls, simple light wood furniture and clean lines. Small display case of sweets, small menu with the basic popular items any cafe would have. I ordered a iced latte.. they had a limited selection of flavor syrup to pick from and only almond milk as an non dairy milk pick... hope you like almonds! lol I watched them make my drink.. cause I like to watch. It was the normal procedure... 2 shots of espresso, 2 shots of vanilla (hazelnut please) and almond milk. My friend got a iced dirty chai nothing special and no special milk like me... Drum Roll... please. Honestly, I tasted more dairy then coffee. I know it was in there but I didn't taste any of it. Same for my friend. She stated that there was a hint of chai but not enough to let you know you were drinking a chai and she couldn't taste any espresso on dairy! So 2 stars NOT because the servers sucked for once. The two guys were SUPER friendly. Just because if I'm going to pay $5 for a coffee I would like to be able to taste the coffee.. not just milk. read more

This used to be my go to place to get some work done before Covid. The shop is very small and cute and I used to enjoy working there quite a lot, I am so sad that I am not able to anymore. But regardless, this is one of the best but easy to miss coffee shop. They have varieties of coffee which is all roasted in town! The employee was able to give me information about what it all tasted like and now I always get my ground coffee from here. The coffee comes in beans but you can ask them to ground it for you and they happily do it for you! read more

We came here twice in the one week we were in Savannah! My mom got a latte both times. She said they were very good. I got a latte the first time and a hot green tea the second time. It's a small place. However, in its simplicity delightful brews are made. I had a latte with peppermint added. What was cool is the peppermint flavor wasn't the cheap kind. The coffee wasn't bitter against the peppermint either. It was a good and creamy blend. I'll be back one day. read more

Coffee shops seem to be everywhere anymore, and while Cup to Cup has your basics and the popular sweet stuff, I decided to get something unique I'd never seen before. I was pumped to see they have almond milk (as an alternative to dairy) but I went with something I'd never heard of! An espresso tonic with cascade hops. It's one of those drinks you either love or you hate, and I loved it! I appreciate places that take risks offering items other than what's socially popular. Great location, small with a counter in the front and a few tables in the back. Great atmosphere to get some work done. The barista, Greg, was super knowledgeable not only about what he was doing but also the area and while I was sitting there enjoying my drink he help customers find what drinks they were looking for and he recommended places to eat, told a couple where to find better parking for next time, and even recommended me a few local attractions as I am not from Savannah. Always extremely helpful to get that above-and-beyond advice when in a town I'm not extremely familiar with. Others seemed to appreciate it as well. I highly recommend this coffee shop and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in town. read more

I've made it my goal to hit every coffee shop in Savannah, and I finally made it to Cup to Cup. This cafe consists of mainly two rooms; the back room has three tables that can sit 3-4 people and the front room has a couple of bar stools. There were a couple of armchairs also. The barista was very friendly, and the internet and ambiance were great for a working environment. The food selections were limited though. There were only five different baked goods including chocolate croissant, almond pastry, cinnamon rolls and two types of danish. I thought their coffee menu was unique and I tried the coffee tonic since I've never heard of it before. I like coffee and I like tonic water but I'm not sure I liked the combination. There were sips where I was like hmm I could enjoy this and other sips were like golly why did I get this again? Their almond pastry was good but probably better if it could be heated up. read more

I found this coffee spot on a chilly morning several years ago and now make it a point to stop in every time I am in town. I am super picky with the beans I like and this spot never disappoints. I drink my coffee black so there's no hiding if it's not an issue excellent cup. 10/10 read more

Cup to Cup started as a dream to share good coffee and life with people. We've been roasting coffee and supplying shops and restaurants in the Savannah area since 2009 and have been loving every minute of it! Meet the Business Owner: James S.

James Spano has been in the coffee industry for 20 years and loves how coffee can bring different people together sharing life. James is a Member of the Specialty coffee association, and holds a level 1 barista certificate as well as a certificate in the SCA's Instructor development program. In 2015 James placed 3rd in the SouthEast Brewers Cup, a professional coffee brewing competition, and went on to compete on the national level. In 2016 he made it to the final round in the US Coffee Roasters Championship, placing 6th in the country.

Beverages are provided as payment is being made, leaving no thirst unquenched. Needless to say, seating is immediate. With a cup of rich, flavorful, house blend coffee in hand, my daughter, Son in Law, and I found a seat with a great view of the market activities happening outside only moments before our meals were served. The Italian Panini, chock full of succulent mildly spicy meats and lettuce, covered proportionately with dressing (yes, I was given my own bite size sample) , was my daughter's choice; a visually appealing (although not personally sampled) breakfast platter was the pick of the day for my Son in Law; and, Salmon BLT, composed of one thick, juicy piece of salmon, bursting with flavor, accented by a slice of smokey bacon atop a crisp bed of lettuce, slathered in a mild, but tasty, mustard based sauce, between two halves of a soft , flakey, croissant that more than rivaled the size of an average hamburger bun, was my choice. It did not disappoint. At just under $45.00, before tip, all of this seemed like a bargain.
