I was willing to deal with that issue as I understood that maybe there was some miscommunication. I also noticed the embroidery was crooked on 2/3 of the items that I had purchased. When asked to devise a remedy to the issue, Therese refused there was an issue and could not provide any compromise whatsoever even going as far as making personal attacks towards the representative present. It is unfortunate this business does not have better customer service skills.
