However they took me in and got me scheduled super fast. Each lady I worked with was so kind and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and happy, no matter what. They were very patient with me too, at first I was a little nervous about my wedding dress because I didn't know what to expect but they exceeded my expectations! I also took my bridesmaid dress to them and they helped me out so much and made sure it fit. Overall, wonderful service, amazing workers, and a very neat and tidy shop! I will definitely be a returning customer!

This seems like such a simple thing, but for whatever reason, most places don't do that. You only need an appointment if you're altering a bridal gown - otherwise you can stop in during regular business hours. My dress was ready for pickup exactly a week after I dropped it off, which was precisely the expectation they set when I dropped it off. I believe Frances truly cares about her clients. I tried on the dress upon pickup, and the top had been tucked and wasn't laying quite right. Frances listened compassionately and immediately undid the tuck to fix it so that I would be comfortable on the day of the wedding. She even re-did it while I waited so I wouldn't have to come back. It was great!I was very happy with the alterations and am so glad to have found a go-to place for alterations.

The son said she sometimes just doesn't want to do projects and that I should go elsewhere. She then said she couldn't handle the simple hem I requested. She was incredibly rude and kept waiving her hand at me to leave when I was trying to ask as to why she changed her mind. I asked kindly and she gave no response as to why. Incredibly disappointing because I have sent people here before and they have zero customer loyalty. Ps. When I've gone in the past, multiple alterations for one item were required. i always just went with it because the end product would be fine but it took them 3 tries to get it right. It's a bummer there aren't more places in cincinnati. If you want good customer service and communication and a good alteration, don't go here. We brought in a strapless wedding gown with a train. The dress fit except for the length and the…read morecup size in the bosom. After they altered the bosom area, there was a two inch gap between the zipper sides. Once zipped, the top created back cleavage at her spine and compressed my daughter's chest and rib cage, making it difficult for her to breathe. The seamstress tried to convince me this was normal, which made no sense. There were two sections of cut material from the bodice in the garment bag. It was obvious too much fabric had been cut away, which explained how this dress had suddenly become a size smaller. It would have been better customer relations if someone admitted what had happened. They made the dress wearable again with other alterations.
