They claim it was nothing their machine did. I can't imagine how this damage possibly could have been done by any other means. UPDATE since they responded to contact them: I had already been in contact and escalated to a general manager. He had me come through, and ran my car through the wash while he watched. He told me he didn't see anything damaging the car (I certainly wouldn't expect it to do it every time? But clearly the brushes were contaminated or something when I ran it through previously.) He would only say "the machine is designed not to damage cars" (well I would certainly hope so!) and that this "doesn't normally happen" (again I wouldn't expect it to happen frequently, but it DID happen) he offered me $100 claiming I could get paint correction for ~$150-200 (false) Avoid this place if you like your paint unscratched.

Another near identical experience, no pressure wash, no pre presoak. Coincidentally, got another "How did we do text...". Replied back "1 out of 5". Five minutes later my phone rang, it was a young lady asking about the situation. Explained my issue, she promised the next month subscription would be free. Next month comes, BOOM, I get charged. Fast forward a couple months at Roger's, same issue after road trip, no presoak, no pressure wash. I get the text, "reply 1 out of 5" phone rings. Guy with heavy Spanish accent calls from the Brooklyn Park store. Explain my long story, ghosted first time, no pressure wash, no presoak three times, no free month promised. Guys says he manages Brooklyn Park, says go talk to manager at Roger's store. I'm done... Went to Roger's to find out how to cancel and when my last day would be. Girl with iPad took 15 minutes figuring out how to cancel me. Major disappointment and poor experience on many levels. To many other better options, considering Good Day or Due North car wash.
