I got the $40 wash, for interior and exterior, really satisfied with the quality. They certainly take their time, which is great, just be prepared for at least 30 minutes. Under new ownership. Terrible customer service. If you don't like cleaning vehicles, maybe don't buy a carwash. And if you don't like people, maybe don't work with the public. That goes for the owners. The people who work for them are nice. But wow. The owners need people skills. read more

The new owners are not going to accept gift cards and pre-paid car washes less than 2 months after the acquisition. Horrible way to introduce yourself to a small community. We live in the same neighborhood but you just lost our business. read more

whenever I go there, I always go and plan for a half hour 40 minutes wait. Something's going on over there. I don't know if they changed owners or what but they're not the regular people and I actually got out of the line and left. About the business that be greatly appreciated. read more

I was disappointed after reading and hearing such positive things about Touch em All. It came very highly recommended so maybe I just came on an off day but... Bought the Grand Slam and told the young lady I was wanted a little extra focus on having my truck vacuumed out really well and asked if that was something they could do. She seemed confused and said that she recommended the Grand Slam. I reiterated that I wanted the full cleaning package just a touch of extra focus on the vacuum since my truck is specially outfitted for my specialty dog (ie the 2nd row seating is removed and replaced with a dog outfit) and I wanted the dog hair vacuumed out since I'd just had some work done to contain future fluff to the dog area only. I asked one of the guys who came up to my truck once I pulled in and he said "yeah" and told him my dog was in the back and to let me know when they were ready to do the back and I would pull him out. I thought he understood and believed he would pass this along to the other guys working on my truck but as soon as I turned around, they had opened the back door to my truck and my dog almost jumped out. They then proceeded to clean the front and then moved it forward to wash so I flagged down one of the guys and said I had wanted the back vacuumed too. I believe the language barrier was where the breakdown was as I had to find another worker and tell him I'd wanted to back done as well so he reversed my truck and they got the back done. But when they opened the door they started laughing and more employees came to look at it. I'm not sure what they were laughing at but it was just a rather odd experience. The wash went without issue. Finally, the gentleman motioned to me my truck was done and handed me my keys as he walked by me without a word and without stopping. I noticed that there were some spots that they hadn't vacuumed, they hadn't cleaned with the towels inside the cup holders or other spaces, they didn't wipe down the top of the center console, it still had dirt and such on it. Just wasn't entirely what I expected, I know my vehicle isn't the standard, typical pickup setup but it's nothing difficult or delicate. They did get quite a bit of hair which I did appreciate but just missed obvious spots and the wash was pretty good. Not sure I'd go back. read more

It's always hard to get an appt with TEA but in the past, when we have used them for detailing, its been well worth the wait to get an appt. This last transaction was very disappointing. We picked up the vehicle, parked inside, and didn't see a number of issues until we drove away. One immediate issue was the fact that a strong cleaner must have been used on the interior door and it caused the plastic coating on the door unlock/lock button and window control to be completely removed. If they would have addressed this at checkout, I may have been less upset but I feel they didn't mention because they wanted to avoid the confrontation. Also suspect they may have blamed on the age of the car so I didn't follow up. Note though, didn't happen on any other areas in the vehicle. Also, we found small amounts of debris and dust in a number of other areas in the car. I have had detailing done at TEA and other locations and the car is always in perfect condition upon pickup. We also found smudges on glass and glossy areas of interior. The interior cleaning on our small sedan cost $160 and we were very disappointed, plus we have to continue looking at the mistake on the door lock every time we get in the car. I would not recommend TEA for detailing. read more

I did not know what to expect, but if you would like a unique car wash experience, where they hand wash your vehicle, this is it. It does take a bit longer but we'll worth the price and time taken. They work towards making my car showroom ready. read more

I drive a half hour one way to go here as it is totally out of my way. Bit pricey, but they do a excellent job! This is the ONLY car wash I will go to. Have been over 20 times and not once have I had a complaint or a issue. read more

Every time I visit this area I always get my car washed here. I like using the hand wash option. A really good car wash is challenging to find when travelling. Driving from Florida to this area my car accumulates quite a roadway bug collection. read more

I went to Touch'em All car wash as I needed inside and outside of my car done. I waited for about 10 minutes as they cleaned the car in front of me. I noticed how detailed they were and they had 3 guys working on each car! It took about 15 to 20 minutes to clean my car but I watched them as they washed, rinsed and dried my car all by hand!! Took my car there and got the Grand Slam wash. Nice vacuum, but the hand wash could have been better. After finishing, I looked over the car and the sunroof had streaking and the front windshield could have been washed better. My wife noticed that the driver side had some parts that were missed. I think if you pay $32 for a wash it could be a little better. read more

Absolute worst car wash ever. I really don't think the equipment was working properly but with 3 guys in the tunnel you'd think one of them would realize it. Definitely 5Star customer service and results. I only purchased my car a year ago but a car can get pretty dirty within just a short bit of time. I have dogs and the reason I decided to get the car cleaned was because of their recent grooming visit. It was raining in the morning so everything was muddy including their paws and fur. Of course they smelled too so my car was in desperate need of an overhaul. I got the Showroom Shine Detail and could not be more impressed. It looked better than what the dealership did when it was new. I didn't even realize how dirty it was until I saw it so clean. My interior shines and is not oily or unpleasant. Even the exterior is still pearly white after driving the hour back home (I live in Eagan and drove all the way to Rogers). I will definitely be returning. I was referred to Touch 'Em All Car Wash by my friend who lives near Albertville. read more
