I used this car wash for over a year and it was fine. I recently went with my 4 month old vehicle and their brushes put thousands of tiny scratches down the entirety of both sides of my car. They claim it was nothing their machine did. I can't imagine how this damage possibly could have been done by any other means. UPDATE since they responded to contact them: I had already been in contact and escalated to a general manager. He had me come through, and ran my car through the wash while he watched. He told me he didn't see anything damaging the car (I certainly wouldn't expect it to do it every time? But clearly the brushes were contaminated or something when I ran it through previously.) He would only say "the machine is designed not to damage cars" (well I would certainly hope so!) and that this "doesn't normally happen" (again I wouldn't expect it to happen frequently, but it DID happen) he offered me $100 claiming I could get paint correction for ~$150-200 (false) Avoid this place if you like your paint unscratched. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! BACK SPOILER RIPPED OFF and COMPANY WON'T MAKE IT RIGHT!!! On 2/18/26 I paid for and drove my Honda CRV through the crew car wash. During the washing process, I heard a loud ripping noise. After inspecting my car, I discovered my entire rear spoiler panel GONE FROM MY CAR. I immediately filled out an incident report and they found and returned the panel to me stating they would contact me in a week about making it right. Today I received the email stating that they would NOT be making it right and that it was somehow my cars fault that their washer ripped it off!!!! I guarantee you that my spoiler would still be on and working if I had not gone through their carwash. Don't support a company that doesn't take responsibility to make things right after damaging a car!!! Pass the word along!!! Latest update: I called the number the business manager put in their response to my negative review. Guess what???? They told me they most certainly NOT NOT NOT help me get it put back on or they would NOT NOT NOT make the damage to my car right!!! They said "sue us if you'd like, we will NOT NOT NOT change our mind and make what we did right!!!" My older truck has not been this showroom sparkley in years The best part as I was leaving an employee stopped me, he said," Looks like a few spots were missed, you should go through again.. Signed up for premium unlimited car washes (free offer, 90 days). Am appreciative, but not a good car wash. Used 2x in 12 days and am NOT impressed. Kwik Trip washes are better! They claim wheel bright included and I'm not seeing it. Glad it's free because I wouldn't pay to wash my car here. Still have two bug smears on windshield! Sota Shine is far and away best wash, but it's in Waconia. read more

One of the quickest and easiest car washes I've ever used. Just drive up, select which level of wash you want on the pad, pay with card, and when the arm lifts drive on in. My car came out clean and shinning. They also have free vacuums you can use pre or post wash for an extra clean. read more

Happiest employees we have come across anywhere. They go out of their way to greet customers and help them. I was going to get a car wash because I had a coupon and was told about a deal they had for purchasing up to two months. It was a great deal, so I went with that even though I'm not always near a crew car wash. The wash is so efficient. It's speedy and accurate. We haven't had a car shine this much since we did it ourselves. When it came to canceling so that we wouldn't have an increased rate after two months, all I did was ask a staff who was delighted to help. She canceled it and she gave me a receipt. Very professional. Edit: disappointed in how hard it is for the car wash window sticker to be removed. It's in an awkward position at the very bottom corner of the glass & it is super sticky. I could've washed my car by hand twice in the time it took me to get that sticker off & there's still goo residue. I don't think I'll be buying another membership. Still there for individual car washes. It would be better if they had a sticker on the back of the rearview mirror or if they placed at the top of the window for easier removal reach. The adhesive also does not need to be as strong as it currently is. read more

So far, so good! I'm still taking advantage of an unlimited wash promo, which if you got the coupon in the mail is a great deal to try out the unlimited plan. Getting in and out is super easy, even if there are a few cars in line it goes way faster than a gas station car wash due to the conveyor belt set up. It's a soft touch wash but I haven't seen any issues with bent license plates, damaged wipers or anything else. Car wash does a great job getting vehicle clean, even tough spots come off easily. I really like the tire/wheel cleaner service, love having jet black tires! Free vacuum is great, however I've noticed on occasion people who didn't get a wash taking advantage and holding up the line, not cool. Nice touch with the little air gun to clean out seals, light housing, interior cup holders, whatever. My first visit I thought they would have a crew drying vehicles with rag, not absolutely necessary since they have heated air to dry. Be great though if they had a shammy or micro-fiber towel and armor all wipes available. read more

Visiting from out of town and needed to get bugs and bird poop off my window. Staff greeted me with smile! They were extremely friendly and helpful. They saw the amount of bird poop and bugs and told me to come back through if the spots didn't come off. They took a sponge to clean off the bird poop by hand. The drawings on the windows made us smile as well as the sponge monsters in the car wash. I would love one in Colorado!!! read more

8/15 - I signed up, and they put a sticker in my window. 9/1 - I auto-paid the $22 Unlimited Club fee. 9/18 - I stopped by for a wash and was told my barcode wasn't assigned to an account, and made to back out of the line and told to call... someone. I paid, and they put the sticker on my car. So why do I have to fix their problem? Update 9/19. Crew Carwash called me; they've fixed the barcode and refunded me the entire month's fee. So while I was disappointed in the initial issue, I'm pretty happy with the service to correct the problem. read more

I joined the monthly club prior to this location opening. Once it opened I was amazed. They put a barcode on my windshield as well as my door in case of windshield repair. I drive up to the VIP line and the gate opens. They have a bumper prewash and then you go through the wash. The soaps smell amazing. I love the Rainx that's applied. The nicest thing is the tires shine. My neighbor asked it I got new tires because they were so shiny. The staff always waves at you as you enter. They also have complimentary car trash bags and paper towels. The vacuums are great and they even have a high powered air sprayer that helps get the leaves and sticks out of my front air intake area. read more

I was at crew car wash a few months ago. I slipped on their property and broke my knee cap! I had emergency surgery and have been suffering so badly. I have been In a knee brace for 6 weeks now. I got a lawyer and all I wanted was a small amount of money for pain and suffering! They will not help me at all! Missed work and so much pain and suffering! Very Expensive. I always feel they are adding random charges after the fact with the hope the customer just eats it. Make sure you get a quote for the number of quarts of oil your vehicle will need. I was told $50.00 oil change on my truck and when I go to pay they charges $78.00 and said I needed an additional 2 quarts of oil for my V8. It would have been nice to know prior to having the work done. I took the option because it was cheaper than the other options but after the upcharges, it was the most expensive option. read more

One of the better car washes I have used. I received a book of car washes as a gift so I paused my unlimited wash membership with a competitor. This wash removes bugs and other build up in one wash where it was taking me several washes at the other place. The driers also do a great job of actually getting most of my vehicle dry. The locations are not in the most convenient locations for me but I am strongly considering signing up for unlimited washes because they are that good! read more

to be honest the car wash place is very nice but a man of the name of artune or something around that blows through a stop sign comes up to my car, saying I blew the stop sign and also saying I flicked them off, begins hitting my window, and then, when I roll my window down, he's accuse me of all these things, and then tells me to drop dead. Just got back from a road trip and I had a bunch of smashed bugs on my car. More then your typical road trip, it was bad! This place was terrific, they hand scrubbed the front of my car and then after the wash helped with a few more spots that were tough to get off. Super friendly staff and washed my car mats for free! Awesome customer service! They also gave me a few tips on how to get some tar stuff off on my car from the road trip. I then went over and used the free vacuums and they were awesome too. Hands down the BEST car wash I've been to across the country and I've been to MANY. The vacuums have a cyclone like suction and get all the crap out. The car wash itself gets my car cleaner than any I've been to that aren't hand wash and traveling in northern Mn on dirt roads regularly means my car is filthy. The manager Scott had exceptional customer service and such a friendly personality. If I lived closer or even came to the cities more often I would have a membership in a heartbeat.
