Big Oak said they would replace the half cord. I asked for some seasoned dry wood just to tide me over until the other wood seasoned (over the summer). At this reasonable request, Big Oak said they would be happy to deliver a small quantity of dry, seasoned wood to last me thru Jan., Feb., and March. NO delivery was ever made. BOTTOM LINE, Do Not buy firewood from Big Oak Tree Service. They are unreliable and provide substandard wood.
