There was a fear of it falling on the house or cars. Additionally, they trimmed and pruned three very overgrown Honey Locusts and shaped and pruned our wonderful Red Maple. Lastly, they shaped a Mulberry tree and removed a Pine that had grown inside the Mulberry. It was a very big job. Sven and Jake were pleasant, amenable, and professional. Because the property owner doesn't live at the affected house, they traveled from another part of the city and rearranged their schedule specifically to meet the estimator. We also learned that the neighboring property we initially believed the tree had fallen from is vacant, making it even more important to determine responsibility and move the process forward. Unfortunately, no one arrived for the scheduled appointment, and there was no phone call, text, or Yelp message to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. We understand that delays and emergencies happen, but a simple courtesy message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication wasted people's time and delayed addressing a situation affecting multiple properties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend a company that confirms an appointment and then fails to show up or communicate with the customer.
