I called and got a time and date for an estimate. Person showed up on time and gave me an…read moreestimate. I called back the following week to set up a date to have them trim my trees. After not hearing back from them after 2 days I called again and left a message. This should have been my first hint about their reliability . I did get a call back that day and we set up a date and time for the tree trimming. Today they were supposed to be here at 9. At 9:17 I called to inquire about their arrival time. I knew from the persons response that there was something wrong. She assured me she would call the supervisor and get right back to me. NEVER CALLED ME BACK! I call again after 30 minutes and no one answered. It is now 11:24 and still NO PHONE CALL! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Joe gave me a more than fair estimate on a tough job and followed through with all of his promises. He exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Showed up on time with amazing equipment; his team was very efficient and friendly. His crew were professional, polite, and hard working. Spotless cleanup! You can tell that they know what they are doing and they function like a well organized team. My job involved the removal of large trees that were compromising my house. It was incredible to watch Joe and his team get the job done. It was a very large job, and they could not finish it in one day. Most of the work is done, but they wouldn't accept full payment until they completed everything.. About 11:00 am, I went to him, and he claimed he had said he would be at the neighbor's job about 10:00, and would visit me after. (If this were true, he was at the neighbor's job WAY early!) He said he'd see me in about an hour. I waited. And waited. And waited some more. About 2:00 pm, I watched as he packed up his things and drove away. So the guy didn't show, lied to my face about his earlier conversation with me, made another promise to show up, and didn't keep that promise either. In my experience, Joseph Wiest lies, doesn't keep appointments, and has no time-management skills.

They set a time to be here at 7:00 and they were here precisely AT 7:00. Professional, friendly, hard working group. I asked for some additional branches to come off of a tree they had already completed and they had no problem with climbing back up and doing it. One of the guys jumped up on the roof and swept off any leaves and sticks. Even cleaned out a gutter. You would never know they were even here. They left everything immaculate. No chips, leaves, sticks or branches left behind. I can not say enough regarding how incredibly happy we are with their work. Very friendly workers and business owner. Top notch service. We already have family and friends that are going to use them based on how happy we are with their service. They have numerous other great reviews online.
