Being a first time mom childcare was number one worry when going back to work. My twin toddlers have been coming here since oct 2024 and not once have I ever felt uneasy. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I looked at different daycares and this one felt like it was the right fit for my twins. Staff does speak Spanish which was very important to me, so that my twins are exposed to it. On the outside KinderCare is an older center but the quality of care and academics makes up for that. All of my children attended Kinder Care Stockton at a certain point in their life. The teachers are amazing and really build report with the parents and great relationships with the students. From infancy to school age I trust the teachers here. Some have been here for over 10 years. They also provide bus pick up for my kids school. As a single mother they made my life so much easier during work hours. I always hear about other child cares closing early for constant "meetings" or holidays that not all of us get off. Kinder Care does not do that and very regularly stick to being open for the convenience of their parents. Ms. Cindy and Ms. Amy are two of the staff members that I can name go above and beyond for the company and their families. I would choose Kinder Care for my children time and time again. read more

For all the parents that are afraid to put your children in daycare this is for you. My daughter started kinder care recently, I was really hesitant about having her go to daycare because of all the horror stories you see on social media, but I can honestly say having her attend KinderCare has been very helpful and one of the best decisions I've made. My daughter absolutely loves it, her teacher Ms. Rana and Ms. Delfina are so amazing, I can't express enough how great full I am for them as well as the whole KinderCare staff. My daughter has learned so much new things in less than a week and I thank her teacher for everything they do, they really are the best and I hope they know how much they mean to me and my daughter. There is nothing more heartwarming than seeing how enthusiastic her teacher gets from her reaching any certain goal or milestone. These Women are extremely hard working and caring towards all children and you can tell they love what they do. The Director Cindy loves interacting with parents and makes the whole experience really comforting. I get the best updates about my daughter through the KinderCare app about what she does while I'm at work and they always include some of the cutest pictures! I'd give this place "0" stars if I could. I really thought this would be a great daycare for my 2 year old granddaughter. If you have children (toddlers) with any behaviors whatsoever I'd think twice about enrolling them here. This place has no patience or compassion for children who may possibly be on the spectrum, but are to young to be diagnosed. They didn't try to see how they could accommodate her to see what works for her, what intrigues her, what she's interested in so that she could be calm and quiet during nap time. They just gave up! According to them nap time is mandatory, and she was being disruptive. You can't force a child to go to sleep! God forbid your child be on a different sleep routine and not as quiet as a mouse at this place, they will just get rid of them. Children who are different didn't ask to be born that way. They kindly told my daughter on multiple occasions that maybe she should look into another daycare that could possibly help her. And made my daughter and granddaughters life that much more difficult. This just saddens me. I will never recommend this heartless place to any family. read more

My daughter just had her last day at kindercare yesterday 03-14-22 and had started just in late august of last year. In the beginning everything seemed fine, but then the complaints started coming in. Before I go into detail I must start by saying my daughter is on the spectrum of autism and I will admit she is a bit difficult but what 2 year old isn't. The first complaint about my daughter I had received from them was that their nap time was "mandatory " and if their kiddos didn't take a nap then it would be a problem. They had told me that my daughter was having a hard time taking naps and would disrupt other kids and that supposedly other parents were complaining about why their kids were looking so tired so basically they were trying to blame my daughter for other kids not getting sleep. Then their second excuse was that she would have "rough days" and be disruptive during circle time etc. Not once was I told that they tried accommodating her all I received were complaints. Sometimes when I would drop and pick her up I felt an unwanted feeling towards my daughter which feels horrible for a parent and no parent should feel this. I know my daughter is no angel but I believe every kid deserves a chance. When we had our tour for the center before my daughter started we were told that they do help with potty training at the center and to just let them know when she's ready, that was not the entire truth, I had told one of the main ladies who was in the class that I was starting potty training at home and if they could help do it while my daughter was in their care and her response was with a unwelcoming expression "no I dont think were going to do that yet" completely shut me down and didn't even consider it ! One of the main ladies at the center had also mentioned that if these problems were to continue then their only option would be to un enroll her. So I had no other choice but to find her a new daycare to go to. Once I had found a new daycare and I explained my situation to them they even said themselves that the whole situation from kindercare was unfortunate and that they actually have a kid who is on the spectrum there and they do everything in their power to accommodate him hooray to them!! Thats how kindercare should be but I guess they just want the easy way out. On the other hand when I told one of the administration ladies that my daughter would be leaving soon her reaction was " im so happy, oh no I didn't mean it like that" and her eyes lit up like a weight was off her shoulders. How unfortunate and disrespectful is that. I felt offended. So to end my rant I just want to warn parents if you are thinking of enrolling your child and they are on the spectrum or even a bit difficult be aware of what happened to me and my daughter. read more

I highly recommend KinderCare to my friends and family. I've been taking my 3 kids since 4months or age and all love it here, staff is really friendly, caring, and easy to talk to when I have any questions regarding my children. My children are ages 8, 5 and 3 years. Thankful for all the staff and being able to help my children during these hard times with school being out. KinderCare was able to help my kids with distance learning which was a huge help! KinderCare is like family now I have established some great friendships with staff and families. Love how I can get updates for all my children from the KinderCare app or I can call just to check in. Facility is really clean and safety is a priority. I highly recommend Kindecare to any and everyone. At this facility we are treated like family. My oldest has been there since he was 2 he is now 8 turning 9 . We struck GOAL when we found the Stockton Kinder Care. The staff of teachers (not babysitters) are very patient & loving with the kids. My son spots the day care from the car as we are approaching and starts pointing at it. He genuinely loves this daycare and literally jogs to his class with me when I drop him off in the mornings. My son started Kinder Care in the 12-24 month class. He was not potty trained. When he entered the 24-36 month class, Ms Alice stepped in and now 6 months later, he is potty trained. What can I say about KinderCare Stockton other then I love it... I pulled my baby at 6 months old out of Head-start and enrolled her here. Ever since then my daughter has learned so much... she is way above the learning standards for a 3 year old and the teachers are very loving toward her.
