Our Electric Stove burner went out, so wasn't something needed fixed ASAP, but they were Fast at coming to look at it, parts comes the next week, but tues so not to long in the week... Value was good, and they Charge a Fee to come out to the Look/repair However they wave that fee if you go with them.. makes sense, Alot of the repair places do, that when I called they had the same structure but most of them were more expensive.. Washer is still shaking. Now the dial only works on normal setting. That wasn't the problem before he fixed the shaking.

Technician Roman was able to diagnose the problem right away as he dealt with the same issue the day before. GE door lock wouldn't unlock. I tried all the manufacturer's resets etc but the worst case scenario ended up being true. Basically the motherboard needed to be replaced too. He was able to order and replace the part within the week. Didn't really price shop but considering both parts and labor I was okay with the price. read more

Our ice maker (craft and regular) stopped working, and both the refrigerator and freezer were too warm. Danil did his assessment, explained that the repairs would be expensive but that he would come back out at no cost if there were any problems within the first year. I called Komfix around 12:45 PM about my washer making a noise that sounded like it was trying to summon a small tornado. By 5 PM, Danil was at my door. Same-day service, which already deserves a gold star. He quickly confirmed what my internet "research degree" had hinted at: LG washers are notorious for drain pumps that give up on life. Watching him work was impressive. There's a lot of disassembling (and hopefully remembering how to put it all back together), but he was fast, methodical, and clearly knew his stuff. He probably wondered why I was hovering like a kid watching a magic trick, but honestly, I was just fascinated seeing how it's done. In hindsight, I'm so glad I didn't try to DIY this one! They came the same day to troubleshoot the problem, which was our freezers motor blew out. They checked the fridge to ensure that there were no other issues, and came back and install it 2 days later (part needed to be ordered). Their work comes with a 3 month warranty, and was fair priced (in my opinion) for the service they provide.
