Normal delayed delivery should only take maybe 5 days longer than the typical 2-4 days for regular delivery. Not the case! I finally returned one pair since I didnt like them. After 8-10 days, I finally recieved an email stating that my item was received and it would take upwards 14 days to receive my refund (showed me the amount I'd receive too). Welp, today, 20 days later (6 additional days from the 14 days), I receive yet another email stating that they received my return and are processing my refund and it will be on its way 12-14 days. What the heck!?!? Now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my darn $. It will soon be 60 days from when they recieved my item to when I get my money back. Ri-F-N-diculous!!! Oh and to also add, you can not get a refund in the store!! Only an exchange. So pitiful! I will never ever buy anything online and probably will not buy anything in the store either.
