I love this place. My boyfriend, who doesn't even smoke recognizes how many options and cool things this place has! I go there for my vape juice only and only to browse their cool collection of pipes! Amazing works of art! Seriously. Last time I went in for vape juice I explained to the last it wasy fault for not properly describing the juice I wanted and the last one wasn't 100% what I was looking for. After properly explaining the kind, I got exactly what I wanted and she even gave me 20% off! How sweet! The first time I went to Stoked, my 86 yr old mother in law took me there!! She had been allll over looking for a certain vape "filter" so she was calling many stores. We went inside and I said to her" Barb, this is a head shop" Hahahaha ! She didn't know what I meant and continued to shop. The guys working were anxious to assist us! They were very knowledgeable abt the products and really paid attention to my mother in law and I. All of this and with a smile too! My husband and I returned one evening bc the "other" smoke shop never, ever has what I need. Same experience, a smile and extremely helpful. They have a club u can join and have great give aways and specials! It's such a pleasure to shop there. I just LOVE great customer service. That's how u retain customers! This place is amazing! I stumbled across this beautiful store by accident. I drove past and thought it looked too pretty not to know what it was. So I pulled over and Googled then turned around. I was greeted by 2 different people upon entering. The man whose name I unfortunately don't remember was a delight to talk to. He really knew what he was talking about, was familiar with and knowledgeable about the artists and events going on at the store. He was also extremely pleasant and professional. I had him take out several different pieces from different levels of one case. I inspected each several times over and kept asking to take out more. I handled them carefully and he treated me like an adult. And he was so patient with all my questions and conversation derailment and tangents. After taking out at least 9 pieces, I chose the very first one that had caught my eye!!! And the salesman just laughed and remarked that it happens all the time. I mentioned that my birthday was the following day and got some very cool swag that I like A LOT. In addition to the beautiful pieces within my price range, they also had a showing of other artists' work and not all functional pieces. Some were purely sculpture. Everything is laid out beautifully and the space feels up scale and clean like a gallery but with a bit of hipster/hippie softness and flair. I bought a beautiful glass piece made by one of the many local artists from whom they source their products. It was at an amazing price point and, with the 50% off incentive, I also purchased a cool protective case that seems like it was tailor made for my bowl. Long story short, everything was great. I haven't even been there yet, but I have spoken with several employees including the owner. All I can say is they have some of the kindest staff I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. I can't wait to get there to pick up my item. Also they are incredibly competitive with their pricing!
