Luke, the owner, went above and beyond my expectations. My first call, I was called back almost instantly. He came when he said he would ON TIME!! He set dates , which unfortunately had to be changed 3 times. (Rain) But.... He texted, emailed or called. There was total communication from the very beginning. When he came to my house, we showed him our foyer, family room, kitchen and upstairs hallway (all of which we were painting the same color). He scheduled a couple times and cancelled but I didn't care because nothing was urgent. He finally started and finished in a week which was fine. When he came back to check everything out, he told me he thought we only had 1 built in book case and didn't realize we had 2 so he would have to charge me more. I thought he was kidding but he was not since the final bill had an extra $500 charge added. I was really disgusted but paid the balance. The following morning we went to open our windows and found that they had never painted the bottoms, there were splashes of paint on the glass and the light holders on the ceiling were not painted and the old color was still there. The painters were very nice and cleaned up great every day before they left. My husband and I have a small business and when I give my customer a price...that's the price. If it takes longer than anticipated to complete the job, that's my problem...not my customer's. There was a problem with the ceiling in the family room which they fixed and charged me $375. I did not mind paying that money because it was a problem that would not have been able to foresee. The bookcase glass shelves were removed so it would be easy to paint like an empty wall. The whole job was supposed to be $3500 and to have an additional charge of $500 I believe was unethical. I have to say that they did come back to fix the things they missed but the owner did not.

Anthony and his team are one of the few contractors I've hired over the years that has been incredibly responsive, accomodating, and always on time. He communicated well, and he or his team were always on site within 15 minutes of stated arrival. When he couldn't fit the large job in his schedule in the next 2-3 weeks, he volunteered to come out and paint our nursery that weekend on his own time so that we could get that room situated before the arrival of our baby. He came back to us that same day with a fair quote and was very responsive and friendly with the several follow-up questions we asked in the next days. His brother Dominic and other employee, Blake, were the ones that actually did the work in our home over the course of 9 days. They started by removing some wall paper and then spent numerous hours filling countless holes and cracks in our walls and ceilings. They tried to seal off the areas they were working in in order to minimize the dust as much as possible. They were very diligent at filling all the cracks and holes and smoothing them out so that they were no longer visible. They did several ceilings, a few bedrooms, trim, a living room, kitchen, and hallways, including two staircases. We actually added to the scope of work a couple of times and they were very accommodating. As we were working from home the entire time they were doing the job, we saw first hand how hard they worked throughout the day. They even came back for an extra couple of hours one day to make sure a blemish was fixed. They really went the extra mile, giving it their all and the results showed. We are very happy with how everything turned out! On top of a great outcome, it was a pleasure having them in our home. They were very respectful and friendly, and did a better job of cleaning up at the end of each day than any other contractors we have had in our home.
