The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. He and his crew came out and did the project in 1 day. It was a small project so it was done in 1 day, we paid at the end of the day after the project was done. They hauled and disposed of the old concrete matter. The crew was well mannered. They cleaned up the area well when they finished the project. We were happy with the work and we do recommend him.

They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. After they completed the job, Sergio hauled away the old concrete that they had to tear out. I will definitely refer him to anybody that I know.And we will use him again in the future.

The crew had to remove my back yard fence gate in order to get materials to the back yard. I was promised that it would be reinstalled the way it was but they did a shoddy job replacing my back fence gate and now there is a larger than one inch gap between my gate and the latch. (see picture). I brought this up to Nova Roca's attention who said they would fix it but it has been over 3 weeks since we spoke and have not heard any follow-up. Also, the crew left a lot of concrete rubble in the grass that I had to take a shop vac to remove.

The fireplace we had built has a 3-foot thick concrete foundation base and for good reason: weight.
