Chimney Rock Marina is one of a few marinas in the area that offers pontoon rentals. The Marina is well kept and family run. The pontoon was a 21' Bentley, which was clean and a decent rental. We had a great afternoon on it. Overall great experience and nice memories made. I did want to mention that I was a bit taken back when we returned the pontoon keys. We came back to the Marina and immediately walked the kids back to the RV to change and clean up a bit. Part of the rental agreement is "no pets allowed " We are rule followers, and we locked up our dog in the RV all day. When my wife and I, and now our dog on a leash, walked back down to the Marina to drop off the keys and end the rental, the owner accused us of bringing the dog on the boat. It was very awkward and really turned me off. I encourage them to review their video ( cameras everywhere) to stand corrected. 1 star off.

Mind you I didn't care about that part, seeing as the bike was under warranty, but I did have an issue with the turn around time. I picked up my bike from the dealer. The next day they closed their doors permanently. Bike ran fine for 2 days and then started acting stupid again. I was lucky enough to trade the bike in for a 2025 Honda Goldwing DCT. I will never buy another Indian again or any American made motorcycle. Dealer net work is thin, techs have hardly any clue, and the companies future honestly is a toss up ever since Polaris sold Indian.

Every time you tried and call you get a pre recorded message about delays due to short staffing and then it sends you to voicemail. I emailed Bobbie about being at their gate. She did get back to me within 10 mins stating, I didn't have a rental. She claimed they called and emailed and didn't hear back from me and moved on. Triple crown took my money 11 days prior, never sent a refund or even try to contact me. I sent Bobbie the receipt that she had sent me in an email along with three other follow up emails about trying to get this resolved just to get no response. No phone call, nothing from them.
