So I have been looking for a vehicle for a few weeks. My mom found exactly what I was looking for…read moreat Gates Honda in richmond and sent me a photo. So we went down to test drive it this past Saturday. I loved it immediately. Patrick was the one who was telling me about the vehicle and took us on the test drive. He was very energetic and informative. So since my husband was at work in Lexington I couldn't show him the vehicle so they said no prob! Here take it to him and let him see it and drive it and see what he thinks! So we took it and let him see it but he wasn't able to drive it much. But he said Tuesday we will come back and also have it inspected just to cover all our bases. So Tuesday comes and we were unable to get it inspected and Kim and Patrick were both great and patient with us. I felt so bad breaking an appointment after they had put it on hold for us on the lot. So Wednesday they took it to Toyota for us who my moms friend was going to look at it for us up there. We have been super picky and annoying through this whole thing I know we have but we had to just make sure. They also gave us the previous owners info so we could ask questions about some things. They were nothing but extremely helpful and accommodating to us. And today we finally came in and Kim took care of us. Even let us speak to service and got us the notes from the inspection Honda did themselves and the notes from the mechanic and the service they recommended which they had taken care of already. So we feel extremely confident in the quality of vehicle we bought. I am 9 months pregnant and forgot to bring snacks and I had a huge sugar crash and Kim was kind enough to get me some snacks and sweets to bring it back up. I would recommend gates Honda for anyone looking for a used vehicle. They won't sell you crap. They definitely take pride in making sure you leave in a great vehicle. Thanks guys so much for putting up with all of our questions and making this such a great experience.

Well folks a year is up and now they are telling us that our credit score must be over a certain amount before they can refinance. When I thought about trad the vehicle I was told after a year of never late payments that we are so far upside down in the vehicle I would at least have to pay 10,000 up front if not more. I get a little money made but these people are absolutely ridiculous. now I'm stuck with a ridiculous high paymen for the next five years! they frigging lied like hell!
