It took my deeply estranged ex-husband and I ONE YEAR to agree on a therapist for our daughter via the court system. That therapist was Annette. After seeing my daughter only twice Annette quit working with us, via e-mail no less (even though I had just called her). She stated she would not be able to continue seeing my child because of the unrest & anger between my ex-husband and I. So essentially, she refused to provide a struggling child therapy because of the large, broken emotional pieces of her family life - all things completely out of her control - that warranted her needing therapy in the first place. Annette is not patient-focused, warm, or professional. She would rather see a young, helpless child suffer in solitude than tolerate the inconvenience of her distressed parents. If she doesn't want to be involved with the strain of modern dysfunctional family dynamics, it would seem she is in the absolute wrong line of work. My daughter remains without a therapist & likely will for a long time to come. I would not recommend Annette to anyone, anywhere, ever.

Her suggestions are solid, genuine and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. I have always felt very comfortable opening up to her and feel a sort of confidence that she can be equally empathetic but also honest and not hold back which is the balance you really want in a therapist. I highly recommend Annette!

From our first meeting until 14 months later from her passing I have been seeing Lindsey from bi-weekly to bi-monthly now. I am so thankful and grateful that I had her to turn to. She helped me work thru ALL of my feelings and emotions and her Brainspotting exercise brought peace to my life in ways I couldn't have imagined. Therapy in itself has enriched my life in ways I KNEW it would because I opened my heart and mind to it. Taking the first step in making the call was the hardest part, the rest has been fulfilling for me. If you are struggling especially in trauma, please do yourself a favor - make the call to Living Well. Life is too short not to Live Well. Bonus - this was over zoom the entire time, comfort from your own home!
