While I was in and out for my covid test, 2-3 days later when I got an email that said my test results were ready, I was unable to find and view my results online as they spelled my name wrong. Very frustrating as this caused a huge headache at the airport for my travels. Clerical errors isn't a big deal until it's a big deal. I gave them another chance with my recent visit for a health checkup on 12/1/20. Making the appointment and getting in was a breeze. Staff was nice per usual. My issue comes with the lack of communication and this place being unresponsive. I have emailed them 3 times and called them twice asking for a simple detailed receipt and statement of my visit due to questionable charges. The doctor told me they received my email but was busy and would get it to me. It's been 3 days and counting... They are not too busy to get you in, provide service and bill you but anything thereafter...silence.
