There wasn't a single window that didn't have issues due to their inferior installation process and standards. 4 months later, a so-called technician was supposed to come fix yet another window, and he left it in worse condition then it was before he touched it. And to boot, they don't accept responsibility for the inconvenience that they cause. I am guessing it's because the low standard of work and customer service is typical for them.
