The cashier was the supervisor and had a calm attitude towards me. When I brought it back to the store for a return, the same supervisor that I bought the item was very rude and mean. Already prepared with having my receipt, I handed the receipt to her. The supervisor demanded me to give her my driver's license. She answered me with a mean and loud tone as she looked at her computer screen, "It's asking me that!" As the supervisor, you should have a courteous and knowledgeable response to a customer. I have spent more than thousands of dollars purchasing items from this store prior. Her attitude was so unprofessional towards my family. We had purchased about $4,000 worth of tile(Ashford classic porcelain 10x60" in soft ash am color and bundled 3 per box). Half of the cardboard boxes were destroyed from the weather(tile was fine). Boxes were drenched and fell apart upon lifting. An entire pallet was this way and made it EXTREMELY difficult to offload by hand. Not sure who to blame. Whether it be the store(Floor and Decor out of Lakeland, FL) or Ashford. If we had known the pallet was in this condition, we would not have accepted it(pallet in blue plastic). We would recommend this store for their product knowledge and assistance. But, we would not recommend this store for loading a product of this expense in this condition. See pics for reference.
