The windows in the houses don't even open, so you can't even circulate fresh air properly through the house without the entire population of Texas bugs getting inside. The windows inner front rooms are way too large, it's hard to find curtains that block out the ungodly amount of light in the mornings, and you certainly can't get curtains for the windows ABOVE the windows in the bedroom. Its all looks, no practicality. It's a shit house for half a million dollars. It's a massive scam, and I could take the half mil to build my own house, without the HOA bullshit and with better privacy. Here the houses are about as close as a human wingspan. Anyone who chooses to buy these houses has got to have lost their minds. Good thing I'm only living here and I'm moving out! So have 5 other households I've noticed.‍
