She told me that UPS claimed they were delivered. I tracked them and noticed that someone, not in my household nor a close neighbor, signed for them. I asked the nursery to file a claim. I never heard from them. Finally, February 27, I emailed and inquired about the results of the claim. This is what I received from her: FRVN 7:13AM (1 hour ago) to me Because it says delivered, the claim was denied. There is nothing more we can do.
