We always get all the help we need from Grant and Joan and they are always so gracious with suggestions and even pot our plants for us when we bring in our containers. I would not think of going anywhere else UNLESS they did not have what I was looking for. Their parents also help out with running the cash register and Sue is as pleasant as they come with the dad always offering to help load our car, etc., etc. GREAT family run business and it's in the Suamico neighborhood so we are happy to support them and their hard work!!

Next thing you know, I get a text message from Jesse letting me know he noticed I had something in my cart he was actually able to offer me a discount on AND ship the same day! So I go to the website, and see the number to the store is the same number that texted me... and the text was Blue! Man, nothing could have made this experience easier and more personable! There is no question about the fact that the issue showed up a few weeks after install. I don't know what happened to it.  Nobody in my family knows what happened to it.  I can tell you this.  I've never seen carpet do that before.   Not even the 15 year old carpet we just had replaced to have carpeting sold to us by Home Depot and made by Mohawk.  I'm 53 years old and I always had carpeting in my house.   I travel for a living.  I never seen any disgusting hotel carpet to that.     Who whatever thought that you go into your local Home Depot to purchase carpeting and installation,  that your are going to wind up being screwed by them because you have been sold some poorly made carpet!
