And then it went away completely after they came up and fixed it. Didn't have to wait long at all. All appliances work as expected and never had to call about them..yet..but I'm sure if I do then the highly responsive maintenance team will get me squared away ASAP. All the amenities are nice to have and well taken care of. I don't use all of them (like the car wash [I think]) but YOU should. You can tell they care about where YOU live. If I didn't have to move then I would stay here longer. I think all the nice ladies in the leasing office have all switch out since I've been here. Regardless they're really great. (And no place is perfect, some very rare nights there may be some loud car for no reason or people for just a brief moment. Or your package may get sent to the wrong building [ask the office about this lol]. Or even more rare the power will flicker off like once or twice a year. Internet goes out more often than the power. Oh and the entrance gate opens so slowly now. But it does work again. Make sure you answer your phone for the front gate if you get deliveries or visitors a lot. Check your toilet for any leak in the bowl. Could've just been mine but they did come to fix that too since it was leaking enough to make the water bill go up.) So after 3 years with very little to complain (all transient or typical nonissues) about, yes this place has been a five star experience. The staff are always friendly and willing to help keep you comfortable. I stopped by the office today with a request and had to go out of town for most of the day, by the time i came back the request had been completed. I have never been so screwed over by a company in my entire life…read more I was slotted for a deployment on short notice. When I let the staff at Longhill Pointe know I would be deploying soon, I didn't currently have my orders on hand. It was CLEARLY stated that I would get them my orders as soon as I received them. If I hadn't received them by the 1st, I would agree to pay my rent, like my lease agreement says. 2 weeks before my deployment, I had to go to VA for training. I didn't know if I would be able to return before I was shipped out, so I cleared out the apartment and turned in the keys letting them know that giving them the keys now would save me from having to mail them from the Middle East. 2 weeks pass and I still don't have a copy of my orders. I try to pay rent on the first and I notice a statement of 2,500 on my account. Shocked to see that Longhill Pointe Apartments marked me as I vacated the place, completely screwing me out of using the Service Members Relief Act. Longhill pointe claims they tried numerous times to get a hold of me, but I pulled the records from my mobile provider, and that is not the case. They didn't try to contact me ONCE after our initial discussion. Not an email, nor a phone call. I'm currently sitting overseas with a $2500 bill for an apartment I do not live at. If you are a service member, or someone who might possibly need a leasing office to work with your needs, Longhill Pointe is NOT the place you want to turn to. I lived at Longhill for almost 2 years, and paid rent on the 1st every single month. I was planning on moving back when I returned from my deployment, but I cannot support a company who would partake in such shady acts of business. Don't let the sweet ladies in the leasingfool you. Im still in absolute shock that they would do this to me. SERVICE MEMBERS, please go somewhere else. If you even think you might need to use the SMRA. You don't have 600-700 units, as you have just enough units to keep the traffic down and even when people are having guests it's not that big of a problem. Storage: There are garages on the property, along with storage closets that make storing your personal belongings easy and to be honest with you, it's quite affordable as well due to the fact that you're going to pay the same price as you would out in town. Maintenance: The maintenance crew here is awesome. They do their due diligence every morning and are seen on the property constantly walking around and ensuring things are working properly & the property is well kept. I've never had to go less than 24 hours after I reported a work issue before I had a knock at my door or contact from the front office via phone or email. Pets: For the most part, the pet owners on the property are responsible. They pick up after their pets, and most of the pets that I have are friendly regardless of size. The ladies in the front office are amazing. I can only speak from personal experience and say that they have worked with me time and time again and during difficult times were very understanding of my situation. I can't say good things enough about this property, and the management that runs it here on the property. Definitely give it a look for yourself, again when you live in an apartment complex you can't keep everybody happy all the time. But I for one can say the majority my time here has been well spent and I enjoy living here.

We have lived at Crown since Mid- May of 2020 when we moved from a 2-bedroom apartment at Church…read moreStreet Complex where we had lived for 2 1/2 years so as to get a 3-bedroom ground-floor Apartment. Crown Management had taken over managing Church Street Apartments in February 2020 so it made the move smoother. The Crown complex feels secure with good lighting and with neighbors watching out for one another. Parking is good and close to apartment walk ways. Response to maintenance emergencies is swift, such as on a weekend night having a water hose under bathroom sink let go above the valve where one could normally shut water off. Another time about at 11 pm our laundry room had water leaking through ceiling from apartment above. Both times the maintenance person on call arrived within 20 minutes to secure a clamp to keep bathroom sink from leaking from water line so main water cut-off valve could be kept on so other faucets could remain on. Maintenance staff determined the issue in upstairs apartment leaking water to our laundry room was from washer hose slipping out of drain pipe. Maintenance brought shop vacuum to clean up the floor in second floor and also the water in our wash room. Other non emergent maintenance problems have been responded to within a day usually. The property is kept clean and neat (including pool) and walk ways by onsite staff on a daily basis. Additionally, the grass and shrubs are kept trim by contractors every couple of weeks in late spring to summer and about once a month in late fall through winter and early spring. Tiffany and Alyssa in the office are always friendly, caring, professional, & helpful. During the last 2 years during COVID-19 time period they went out of their way to be responsive to needs in the office, online or by telephone. The office staff accept over-size packages from delivery service at office and keep such packages secured there until resident can get to the office to receive them thus saving trips to post office to pick them up. The office helps residents to get automatic rent payments set from residents' bank accounts to rental company's bank to ensure safe and on time rent payments so as not to have to write checks or getting them delivered to office on time. All the staff know the renters well and usually by name. All staff have interacted with us responsively and treated us with courtesy and respect.

I recently moved to Fayetteville, started a new job, had intense training out of town and all of this while trying to pack up a house in another state. Phew! Popi made this transition smooth as she was resourceful, accommodating, kind and understanding. She would answer all my questions, no matter how silly and when she did not have the answer she would research and find the answer. Thank you Popi!
