The screen is completely unusable and disgusting to even look at. Our sliding glass door (don't think it had ever been cleaned either) doesn't lock and barely opens so they gave us a piece of wood and told us they would fix the lock and the sliding mechanism soon. It's been 5 months. Paying for a pool that has never been opened and is filthy with trash & random wood sitting around. When I called about the pool they said they would have it open no later than the first week of August. It is now mid-September & we never got to utilize the pool we pay for as part of our lease. The "dog park" seems to be the worst spot on the property with ditches, huge tree roots, & maybe 1/2 filled with grass. They just popped a fence around the worst spot & called it an amenity. Our mailbox has been broken & you can open an entire panel to look at everyone's mail. This also has yet to be fixed after 5 months of asking! Landscaping is also shit & no matter how long the grass gets, it gets mowed an average of once a month. The apartment itself. Upon arrival, the floors looked dirty & already dinged up. Garbage disposal did not work, doorknobs falling off with a simple pull, & our door frame is damn near busted & the door doesn't stay shut unless locked. On our back porch, the ceiling is literally caving in from what appears to be water damage & the light is hanging on for dear life. Bathroom door was also busted upon arrival & they "fixed it" only for me to open it once & bust the screws right out. To add to this list we now have water leaking through the wall/window sill at a constant drip in our kitchen! Painted over power outlets? & vents that have not been cleaned since the day the were installed & are now to far gone to even try. Our next door neighbors moved out & left trash & food sitting throughout the apartment & outside causing one hell of a fly & cockroach issue that the leasing office failed to address until I threatened to call NCDHHS & the County PHD. I could go on & on & on about this shithole. Moved here in a hurry & made the great mistake of signing papers sight-unseen (we were also never even given the option to look). Don't even waste your money with the application fee. Cannot wait to be out of this disgusting, poorly kept, & asshole ran complex!

Instead of simply turning around and moving (which would take a maximum of 3 minutes), they left. I waited outside in the rain for them thinking they were going to turn around the block, but when we called, they said they didn't want our business. I understand there might have been a miscommunication, but they were rude and inconsiderate. I am grateful that we were able to get in touch with movinghelp, as they were able to rebook us, but this caused undue stress and tension in an already stressful situation.
