The owner blamed us for the damage! I had to calm my wife down while dealing with him dodging the responsibility of his employees and blaming us. He unreasonably offered us $750 after a bunch of back and forth. We got a quote of over $3,500 to repair the floor!!!! Oh but wait!!!! Our floor is discontinued!! What started out as getting help has turned into a damn nightmare. We are taking this problem causing company to small claims court. We are going to be seeking all of our flooring to be replaced since there aren't enough pieces to repair. I'd hate to see how they put in furnaces or AC units if they can't even handle a cleaning job. Would not hire this company or this guy for anything! STAY AWAY!

They left numerous large areas where they let the carpet hit the walls and scratched off large areas of paint. The entire room had to be repainted. They never even told us they did it - we had to find it after they left. We decided to order from them again in June 2022 since they are local. BIG mistake. We ordered the carpet 6 weeks ago and paid for half of it. They were scheduled to install it on a Thursday. They called us the Wednesday before to tell us the carpet was in and they would be there at 7am to install. We spent all evening moving all the furniture out of the room to prepare for the install and took off work in order to be there and oversee their work. They called us 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive and said they lost the carpet and it has to be ordered again. They never even apologized. We will NEVER use them again and would recommend you go elsewhere. They obviously have issues.

Dean came that afternoon, looked the job over, gave me a fair price, began work the next week. He covered my floors, and stairs, cleaned up before he left. Noticed several other issues I had while he was here, one a light in basement, and the other water faucet leaking, he did not try to add things to run the bill up, which I appreciated. The basement was redone sue to a leak less than a year ago, so I was very thankful he saw, told me, and took care of issues that should have been done before.
