This location is one of 10 locations in broward county. It is located directly next to university hospital , off University drive in Tamarac. The office is beautiful and clean and I like that they don't have that horrendous barrier window that makes you feel as you are bothering the staff just to sign in. The office has coffee, juices and applesauce (good thinking for diabetic patients) available for consumption. My father met Dr Sondra Aikens who will be his new primary care doctor now that he is 65. His bedside manner is outstanding. He sat eye level with my dad and had patience with my dad's responses to his questions( my dad is forgetful and slow to respond). He even made some funny jokes along the way. He was very throughout in his assessment and explaining the plan of care with my dad and my self. All of the staff especially Katherine were exceptionally pleasant and made sure the follow up and instructions were understood. I am so grateful this will be my dad's new primary care physician. You just can't underestimate the power of a smile. I saw the P.A., Kristian Williams (I knew beforehand) and she, along with the young lady who had greeted me earlier, made me feel very comfortable. Initially,…read moreI wanted to be much smaller, and after he advised that going too small would not look proportional on my body, we mutually agreed on a C cup result. Unfortunately, after surgery, I remained approximately the same size (around a DD) and did not achieve the reduction we discussed. To make matters worse, one breast is now visibly larger and sits higher than the other. I later learned that a 30cc larger implant was placed on my left side based on the doctor's own judgment. I never requested for one breast to be larger than the other, and I do not understand why that decision was made. Now my left breast protrudes noticeably out of bras and clothing and the asymmetry is very obvious in everyday wear. I brought bras and shirts into the office to physically show the problem, and during the examination Dr. Rubinstein himself acknowledged that the left side is larger and higher than the right. Despite admitting the unevenness, I was told I would still need to pay again for corrective surgery. I understand that no cosmetic surgery can guarantee perfection, but I do expect reasonable symmetry. I am very conscience because people have noticed and pointed out that my left breast is larger than my right. I will be posting pictures and more reviews.

They definitely treat the whole patient and not just the symptoms by casually reaching for the presctiption pad. I have not had even one problem at any level, be it appointments, prescriptions, or referrals. They even assisted me in getting more benefits from my insurance. As proof of just how well the practice functions: in my 18 years going to Dr Mabourakh I have observed only one employee turnover. Try and match that in any other office.
