    TLDR: The Tuttle Group utterly astounded us with an effortless, friendly, speedy, and (believe it…read moreor not) FUN refinance as self-employed individuals when no one else wanted to help. We decided to refinance our home to make some improvements and clear out some high-interest debt. We assumed (erroneously) that our credit union, which had held the current mortgage for 15 years plus our bank accounts and car notes, and a flawless history of payments with them, would have no trouble refinancing us, even though we are now self-employed, and making 3x what we made when they initially approved us. ***WRONG!!!*** After literally MONTHS of asking for documents, changing rates, long delays waiting for info from underwriting, and unanswered questions, we finally abandoned them in search of unconventional financing routes. We looked specifically for brokers in the area who specialize in self-employed people, and found a few. Some seemed a bit "green," some sounded less than friendly or just weren't interested in a smaller refi. But Tatiana with the Tuttle Group was super friendly when she reached out, and helped us arrange a video consultation with Andy Tuttle, the wizard of the Tuttle Group. During the 30 minutes that Andy spoke with us, it was like a crash course in financial planning. Everything he said made so much sense, and we learned more about mortgage refinancing than MONTHS of online research and questions we had asked to our credit union. Andy was up-front and told us that our best option might, indeed, be to go with the offer our credit union had finally extended, and that he might not be able to beat it. Still, he took the time to explain how refinancing in this "terrible Fed-rate" era could be financially advantageous to us, and told us to check once more with our credit union to see their final terms and if they were still locked in. I was astounded that he would take that kind of time to talk to a customer he likely wouldn't get any money from. We decided to proceed with the Tuttle Group, even if they couldn't offer us a better rate, simply because it was a PLEASURE dealing with them, they treated us like family, and everything Andy said made such good sense. Throughout the 2-ish weeks that ensued, their awesome mortgage gal Annie checked in with us regularly to make sure all our questions were answered. They seemingly required FAR less documentation than anyone else. But their stated tactic was to present a perfect, iron-clad package to underwriting up-front, so that there would be an instant approval and there wouldn't be a need for further questions or documentation. (Imagine that???) In what seemed like the blink of an eye, we were approved and ushered through closing. We simply could not be more impressed with the Tuttle Group. We've helped numerous friends and family through the mortgage process, and it's always like being put through a medieval torture device. This is the first time getting approved and closing was a PLEASURE. We NEVER had to contact them for questions, because they were always checking in to make sure all ours were answered. They were super friendly, familiar, informal-yet-professional, and we always felt like they had our backs and had everything under control. We actually looked forward to their calls and emails...imagine that??? Even though were were looking for a silly, small refinance and shouldn't have been worth their time, we felt like we had called up a dear family member who gave us the "hook up" our situation clearly didn't warrant. Astounded. Impressed. Thrilled. Grateful. These are some of the things we feel after our experience with the Tuttle Group.     I was Mr. Campos' client in the transaction referenced by Priscilla in her complaint above. I am…read morewiring this because I read her reviews and I feel it is important that others reading this understand both sides. I asked Mr. Campo to communicate with Mrs. Bonham because she was not represented by a real estate agent and I gave him the authority to discuss with her any relevant information necessary to facilitate the completion of this purchase of her home including my finances if necessary. The need arose because the sales price far exceeded the appraised value and she expected me to pay the difference in cash and I asked Mr. Campo to let her know that I would not be able to do so. Mr. Campo did talk to her and we were able to agree on a new sales price that was beneficial to both of us and higher than the market appraised certified value ! Mr. Campo was also not aware of my conversation with Mrs. Bonham to close early. Mr. Campo had done such a good job working on the loan that it appeared he would be able to close the loan sooner and I talked to Mrs. Bonham about that. What Mrs. Bonham didn't know was that I had another transaction to sell a home I owned going on simultaneously and that the buyers financing fell through at the last minute. I told Mr. Campo about that and he was able to work with the buyer and complete her purchase of my home in the middle of working on this loan for me and another one for my daughter. I also asked Mr. Campo to restructure my loan. Mr Campo was able to do all of this for me but that all made it simply impossible to close early. Mr. Campo worked extremely hard to still try to accommodate all of us and did still close early but I know Mrs. Bonhams purchase did get delayed slightly, which was 100% out or my control and Blue Sky Lending's control. Mrs. Bonham had every right to be upset but not at Mr. Campo because he did everything possible to try to work with her and she was very unprofessional and persistently called Mr. Campo, the title company and my real estate agent repeatedly and over aggressively, which I think could have been avoided should she had engaged a licensed realtor on her behalf. She also sent emails claiming that Mr. Campo promised to close early but I know he never promised that to me, only that he was working as hard as he could to get this house closed. I have worked with Mr. Campo for many years and bought many houses thanks to his finance expertise. I have happily referred him to my relatives, co-workers and friends, who have also had wonderful experiences. He is the most intelligent lender I have worked with and I will always use him for my loans.

The messages are about how they need additional 'details' to complete the 'loan'. This is phishing SCAM. I have called their number and of course there's NEVER an answer. I get 10 to 30 of these calls a day. Do not trust any business that ask for personal details om unsolicited loans and never answers the phone.
