This is a terrible way to treat a previous customer.

They did pay me $300 to release their trailer and void any further responsibility for them to make repairs but I was stuck with all the expense and labor to restore what they damaged. To my greater surprise, he did it as a courtesy! It's rare to find a company that cares more about helping someone, than they do about their bottom line. This company goes above and beyond. I originally found this company when we were stationed in Alabama, a couple of years ago, through word-of-mouth. They have a flawless reputation; and my experience proves they're still living up to it. As a military family, we have lived or visited all around the world (Germany, Italy, Belgium, Spain, London, and all over the United States). You just don't find that type of business anymore.
