Over the last year, we received a letter from the IRS demanding us huge amounts in penalty due to crypto transactions we had done few years earlier. This letter was due to the fact that the crypto exchange used an incorrect form for reporting to the IRS that we had made large sum of money during the crypto boom. We were lucky to find Sandeep and during our initial talk, he went thoroughly through our statements and understood that we lost money which we had reported correctly in the IRS tax filing and the form that the exchange had provided to the IRS was completely misrepresenting the information. We were very concerned with the letter but Sandeep guided us and calmed us down. He explained very clearly, that he understands what is happening here and we are not at fault. He decided to take on our case and based on the statements, presented a case to the IRS clearly representing the facts. He was very timely in filing our court case while keeping us posted on the progress of the case. We don't have enough words to explain how eased we were after having known that we were in good hands and someone clearly understood our position and the facts that we were trying to convey. I am a senior citizen, who was the victim of elder abuse from two fraudulent tax and financial loan companies, and I was looking at horrendous payments that I would never have been able to pay off in my lifetime, as I am 80 years old now.
