We may have bought something if it were not for the older woman worker there who made us feel very uncomfortable. The moment we walked through the door, she hovered around us, standing uncomfortably close to myself and my children. The smell of cigarette smoke inside the building was overbearing. When I told her we were just browsing, she ignored me and then became pushy with my children, frantically showing them product after product in an attempt to get us to buy something before we walked out the door. She would not take a hint as I had to repeatedly physically move my children away from her. On our way out of the door, she made a remark about how difficult people can be and how life would be easier for her if others could just adopt the "happy hippie way." Overall just a really odd experience. If you do shop here, please do not send your children in alone with cash because this woman really does not take no for an answer.

Ultimately Chad won our business with a bid that represented the best value and the most aggressive timeline. Chad's subcontractors were all professional and showed up on time. They made recommendations along the way that ultimately cost us a bit more money, but they were well received and well worth it in the end. Chad is an excellent project manager and has good relationships with his subcontractors which is key in getting them to show up nowadays. Chad was frequently on the jobsite checking on progress and ensuring we were happy with each phase of the project. Chad's project management skills are what sets him apart from other contractors in my mind. He plans for each phase of the project and ensures the client is happy before proceeding to the next phase which eliminates surprises, costly redoes, and keeps the project on time.
