For example, when I pay a fee for delivery, I expect the flowers to be delivered. Second, if I request them to be delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day, they shouldn't be requested BY THE FLORIST for the recipient to come PICK THEM UP on Monday. Ridiculous. Stay away from this florist shop. My mother-in-law finally received the flowers on Monday (should have been delivered on Friday) after she went into Claremore to pick them up (she lives just outside of Claremore, still with a Claremore address). And to top it off, they were wilted by then. Avoid this shop. No place should charge a delivery fee if they don't deliver, and no place should present flowers wilted and 3 days late, ESPECIALLY for a holiday as special as Mother's Day. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Surprise, Surprise, no one ever called.I tried calling the numbers for several days and no one answers or calls roll directly into VM. Tried sending an email to the one listed on website. Guess what? It is an invalid email, it just bounces back. I checked my CC statement and found the charge went to a company called Cattails and Calla Lillies and it has a different phone number, that number is no good too. I've filed a dispute with my CC company and I plan to file a complaint with BBB. Don't know if I'll get my money back, however, I hope it will prevent others from falling prey to these criminals. Update: 5/24/2026 Went to BBB website to file a complaint and when I entered "Tulsa Blossom Boys" or "Wild Orchid Florist" nothing came up. The BBB website can't locate anything on this so called "Business" Hopefully someone will check my review before buying anything from here.

I purchased a floral arrangement for a funeral in Bartlesville OK. I did purchase the the…read morearrangement through the obituary from the mortuary. I believed at the time of purchase, I would be unable to attend the services. The floral arrangement was intended to be a gesture to convey to the family my thoughts were with them and sorrow at being unable to attend. I was able to attend, and was so mortified at what was received by the family as my before mentioned intended gesture. I am not someone who thinks the finished product has to/will translate exactly from the picture provided. I have purchased arrangements four previous times, in similar circumstances and have never had this experience. Not even something close. I believe that several factors could have contributed to my experience, flowers having to be substituted or the vase perhaps. This was a blatent disregard for what was ordered. The arrangement had a completely different vase, except for the color and had approximately ten blooms, that was including the greenery. This was a dismal display of workmanship, I feel my gesture would have been better received if I had arrived, roadside bouquet in hand. I am to embarrassed to offer my apologies to the family. That these were not my feelings in regards to their loved one. I'm leaving this review in hopes of preventing this from being someone else's experience. Your business cannot fix a problem if they were unaware there was problem.
