I was told to pay the earnest deposit (over $4300) pay for appraisals ($500) and take first time buyers course($99 and 2 days to complete online). And 3 days before closing of escrow, she says due to my employment change months ago the loan wasn't approved. My real estate agent recommended us to Caliber Home Loans and got us appoved for the same home!! BEWARE!! They will waist your time and not even apologize!! They are nice good people.. but nice doesn't get the job done.
