There was also some guy who came into her station & stood right next to me, asking her questions about perms for like 10 minutes. She barely dried it & then charged $30. That's $30 for just the cut. No wash, no style. The haircut was so terrible I cried in the parking lot & then went to The Ritz. I walked in & the owner saw my hair, said she wanted to fix it & then did so free of charge. My hair looks amazing now thanks to The Ritz & I will not be returning to Salon 101.

She calls today to ask me to change my 5:00 appointment to…read more3:30 - I switched an x-ray appointment to make that work FOR HER - when I get there she tells me it'll be a half hour wait - so I said I had another appointment and I'm going to go do that and just keep me at 5:00 - then she says she WON'T BE THERE AT 5:00..... it's ok for clients to SIT and wait because she is so slow but it's not ok to come in for original appointment - THAT IS NOT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS TEASERS! Marci is hurting ur reputation! Besides being super slow (at least 2 hrs) and totally rude about everything and everyone! She wants u to do ur nails every other week, if u want every 3-4 wks she charges extra each week! IF you miss an appointment because u are sick and don't want to risk getting others sick - she wants you to still PAY her for that appointment!!!!! I've never heard so such a thing!
