Well, unfortunately I cannot speak for the services of the hair & nails portion... however a Alivingsocial deal had led me here one evening for services by Leslie for a massage. And for what I can say for the massage... was simply amazing. I will also say that she massaged me right to complete and total relaxation. And a rareity for me... but to the point where I started snoozing on the table because I was so relaxed. Leslie was very professional and had some really good strength behind her... and I was pleasantly surprised as the 90 minute massage continued along. We had talked a small bit, and discussed any trouble spots that I was having... and she made sure to spend a bit of time on each and every sore spot I had. She had exceptional customer service and really personalized my hair coloring experience. I have thin, straight hair. I love getting my hair done at the Stone House. Everyone is so friendly and they do an excellent job! I called the day before and they squeezed me right in the next day before the holidays! Stone House has so much to offer from hair cuts and color, waxing, nails and massages! The prices are very reasonable and the salon is well kept. Cannot beat a $20 hair cut and style! Every stylist here is amazing. I have been getting my hair done by Carrie, Alex and Juliann for years now and rotating between all three of them. The environment is great and friendly, and the value of the service is amazing. I have never walked out of there being unsatisfied. Their skills and expertise is so rare compared to other salons, each of the stylists are very educated and know exactly what to do to complete your look. Massage services are to DIE FOR. Leslie is an amazing massage therapist, probably the best one i've ever been to! If I could chose zero that would be my choice. This business practices unethical behaviors. They are very unprofessional the environment is snooty and rude. My stylist who I seen every six weeks for months couldn't remember who I was she would book appointments with me and then tell me I never scheduled anything and then on my way to my appt. she texted me a very rude text message that I have no called no showed on her four times which wasn't the case. She didn't handle it right at all. Her boss who I spoke with later that day didn't care about the issue and pretty much called me a liar before hanging up on me. If I were you I would save my time and money and just go somewhere else they are no more skilled then any other place in this town. read more

Well have to say i had high expectations of Dawn the nail tech! First i want to say everyone in the place was super sweet good customer service etc, EXCEPT Dawn. I arrived about 5 minutes early, and sat for about 10 additional minutes as she was working on someone. She didn't greet me with a "great" hello, as you would expect for the first time being there. She texted quite a bit ,didn't show me that really good customer service, she has the personality of a wet mop, doesn't smile, talked on her phone,. I attempted to make small talk,it was like pulling teeth. Then 3 days later a nail just came off, i called her she said "sorry I'm booked until Wednesday" I was told she only works there a couple days a week. I even purchased a gift certificate for my husband for a massage with Leslie who i heard was great. I paid Dawn 35.00 for a full set was told her fills are $30 which i figured was worth it if she was good plus i tipped her an additional $10 because in this industry i know people survive on their tips. But apparently Dawn doesn't need my business. I only gave it a 2 because my 9 nails are pretty but don't hold up and because everyone ELSE was so sweet. BTW- i was going to have my hair done there but don't think I'll be going back. I'm disappointed. read more

I have curly hair and said I don't want IRONED hair. The stylist (straight [pun] out of Cosmetology School, with thin straight hair) proceeded to spend 1.5 hours to iron my hair. NEVER going back! read more
