This place is horrible!!! They had a man do my acrylic and he had no clue what he was doing. He layered the acrylic on like he was painting it. Every time I told him it was crooked he spoke to his coworkers in Vietnamese and rolled his eyes. This was one of the worst services I've ever gotten. These people are sloppy and inconsiderate. I loved how my nails turned out. They look amazing, and she took time on them! Only downside, communication on pricing. Their prices aren't updated. They aren't horrible for how well she did on my nails! But, definitely ask more questions. Especially if you want something slightly "fancier" than a regular French tip. I regret not doing that but they look so good! read more

I have great luck here! I only get the powder/dip nails. I go when needed more than a month but less than 2. I never fail to get tons of compliments on my nails. I see lots of people happy when they get done. read more

Horrible service they rush doing your nails an barley grind them so when you leave your nails look bumpy and like crap! If you mention that you're not happy she (Lisa) gets mad and starts being rough when trying to fix them. Also got my toes done an the guy had an attitude because I could see a shadow in my nail polish an asked for another coat. They're rude. I love this place!!!! I stopped in on a Sunday thinking they were open. Requested a pedicure and they sat me down and proceded with the normal friendly service I have always recieved at nail art. As i was getting my pedicure i noticed there were no other clients coming in and then seen the sign on the door stating starting march 1 they would be closed on Sundays. I felt so bad and could not believe they didnt just tell me they were closed when I walked in. Instead they sat me down and did the pedicure. This to me is above and beyond excellent service. I've went to this salon prior to the NEW owners and hated it the nails the experience etc. but today July 21, 2017 I had an appointment at 2:45 walked right in sat right down and started right away with nails . The tech cracked cute little jokes was super friendly she double even triple checked to make sure I was pleased with everything she was doing every step of the way ! Horrible service! They take walk -ins first even if people with appointments are standing there picking their polish. My pedi- mani took 2 hours and 15 minutes! I noticed the woman next to me was getting a lengthy foot massage ( and was paying for the same service I was! ) so asked the man doing my pedi when mine was coming in the process . He kept smiling and pretending he didn't understand ( though he spoke English with others) and skipped it all together! I asked the owner then , thinking she would knock a portion off my bill, but she didn't. They rudely talk in their language constantly ignoring their patrons. I'll never go back again. read more

This is the worst pedicure I have ever got!! I agree with the person below, if 0 stars was an option that's what i woud rate them. First, it is completly unsanitary! I'm pretty positive they rarely sanitize thier tools. When they were cutting down my nails they basically ripped my nails off and cut them down to short. When they cut the skin around my nails they started gouging at my toes. They barely did a massage, and the oil they used to do the massage had black pieces of who knows what in it. Lastly, it looks like a young Child painted them. To top it all off, she asked me persistanly if i wanted to get my nails done, and when i said no she just kept saying "are you sure, you really need it." I hardly ever write reviews, but i just felt I had to let others know so they dont waste thier time or money. read more
