Stoneledge is a nice, gated apartment complex. We've been staying with a friend for about a week and we're impressed. Several layouts exist, but we've been in the three bedroom only. One and two garages are available to rent as well. I don't know the pricing but that usually changes quite a bit anyways. The amenities here are top notch! There's a very nice non-heated pool with wading areas, spa jetted area, and fountain/waterfall. It gets crowded on the weekends, but there are lots of chairs and sitting areas. Inside the pool area there are also a few grills and a huge veranda with couches and a TV. Next to the pool is a decent gym with cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights. Did I mention that this community does valet trash pickup? No more walking to the dumpster--just leave your trash can outside the door and it magically disappears each night (5 nights a week). For those who are environmentally conscious, there are two free level 2 EV chargers. There's also a Tesla Supercharger about a quarter mile away. All in all, this feels like a very nice and very safe place to live. Plus there's lots to do within walking distance. Check this place out! read more

To all current and future residents: The short version: living here was generally fine. The move-out experience was not. Based on my experience, I would choose another apartment before renting here again. If you do rent here, get everything in writing--every conversation, every instruction, and every policy clarification. We lived here for three years. For most of that time we enjoyed living here, but during our last year the experience began to decline. Residents not picking up after their dogs became a persistent issue despite repeated emails from management, and the back gate seemed to be broken regularly. A few months before moving out, we asked to remove our garage. When we added it mid-lease, we had been told it could be removed at any time. This time we were told that policy had changed, but residents had never been notified. After speaking with management, they eventually agreed to remove it for our final two months as a courtesy. The biggest issue came during move-out. The move-out checklist instructed residents to retexture wall repairs. Wanting to do it correctly, my husband went to the leasing office and asked Ron exactly how the walls should be repaired. He was told to fill the holes, not sand them, and to run his finger across the repair to recreate the texture. My husband even asked if he needed a special texturing tool and was told no. After completing the repairs exactly as instructed, he requested a move-out inspection. Ron said there wasn't time to do one and didn't offer another appointment. A few weeks later we received a move-out bill for over $1,000, with roughly $900 for wall repairs. Danielle sent us the third-party contractor's invoice showing repairs for 90 holes. When I explained that we had followed Ron's instructions, we were told a different version of events. We were also told we hadn't used spackle, even though we had. The explanations continued to change. We were initially told move-out inspections were commonly provided. Later we were told they weren't required under the lease. The carpet charges also changed from being described as pet-related to being because the carpet was "damaged beyond repair" after three years of normal living. After several emails, management reduced the wall charges by 50% as a customer service gesture, which I appreciated. Even so, we were still left paying hundreds of dollars for repairs that were completed according to the instructions we were given. The most frustrating part wasn't receiving a bill--it was relying on verbal instructions from the leasing office only to have those conversations later denied. Ironically, if we had ignored the instructions we were given and simply filled and sanded the holes, our bill likely would have been much lower. My advice to anyone considering this property: if you have a conversation with the leasing office, send a follow-up email documenting it. If you ask for move-out instructions, get them in writing. A simple email could save you hundreds of dollars. Our three years living here were ultimately overshadowed by the move-out process, and that's why I cannot recommend renting here. read more

Resident for 3 years, constant rotation of management. Maintenance has always been helpful. However, don't have anything shipped to your front door or it could be stolen, front office will not store unless usps. Had multiple packages stolen and no assistance when kindly asking after had requested the carrier deliver to the front. Go ahead and get your carpet steam cleaned before moving out or they'll charge you for a full replacement. Make sure to read reviews as they are similar. read more

I've lived here for 7 years. The last year or so, things have gone downhill with residents being charged for everything including 15 a month to access the property per a phone app. The gates have been wide open over a month so we are paying 15 for nothing. Each week they send out notes threatening residents that if HVAC system overflows it's your fault. My fiancé took pics of the system and professional plumbers say it was designed incorrectly causing the condensation not to properly flow out the main drain. They installed sensors that shut off the AC when the overflow backs up. So, at almost 3k per month rent, it was up to me to take a turkey baster and siphon out the water to get the AC to turn back on. For months my freezer was leaking so badly it was soaking a beach towel. Mgmt said I used more than 70 percent of freezer and it was condensation. No it wasn't. Boyfriend turned off water and no more leaking. During the ordeal I was told I would have to pay for damage to wood floors from their freezer. Finally maintenance came out again and realized it was a cracked casing around the water filter after we showed them dry floors with the water to freezer turned off. They ordered the new part,installed it, and we turned back on the water. No more leaking. When I told mgmt it wasn't my fault and they owed me an apology for the threatening emails stating I had to fix the floors the response was well we are only human. Go forward to now and I'm about to hand in keys. Mgmt is now saying I owe for the floors again because I was using more than 70 percent of freezer. I asked other maintenance men about freezers and they'd never heard that excuse. I guess we'll have to hire an attorney, get access to the parts ordered and get both maintenance men on stand to testify they fixed a cracked water filter casing. I'll pull the emails. What a waste of time and money. Sadly the place is losing money and they are going after residents to recoup costs and increase profits. I've never heard of charging residents for use of carpets or for small nail holes. They handed me a check list demanding I clean more in that apt than a maid crew would clean. For two days I've scoured and scrubbed tubs, floors, the oven the microwave. I cleaned fan blades, the blinds, I cleaned glass indoor and outdoor on the patio. I had to clean the top of all doors inside and outside of all cabinets, even dust ceiling fan blades. . In 7 years they never offered me carpet cleaning as part of renewal. I took it upon myself to shampoo all carpets and I always used Murphys oil soap on the wood floors. We looked up the Texas law for rental residents and landlords cannot charge for normal wear and tear of carpets (So much for their use of carpet claim) and minor scuffs and scrapes in walls is considered normal wear and tear. Even cleaning does not require a resident to deep clean the units. Those costs are recouped in rent charged to us. Upon move out they asked why we were leaving. We were honest and the property manager got angry and argued with us. I told my fiancé oh boy, they will retaliate upon move off and it appears so. I've never been charged on move out and I've never worked so hard to maintain an apt and clean it. I couldn't believe the manager forgot the freezer was due to a cracked water filter casing and is Back to trying to get us to pay the damages. I'm disgusted because it cost me water and electricity to wash and dry beach towels daily. No freezer condensation soaks a beach towel daily. So much for trying to save their floors. So much for being a diligent renter. The reason we are leaving is the price and the fact that nobody follows the rules. Mgmt refuses to enforce property rules and we are told to call Grapevine police. Noise complaint call the police. Neighbors dog barking all day call the police. Resident parked in handicapped spot, call the police. Drunk resident cussing out other residents call the police. The new residents know property mgmt is afraid to enforce the rules so they don't bother to follow the rules. One individual has been letting his dog urinate on the wall of the breezeway inside the bldg. for almost a year now. No action by management. Maintenance tries to keep up but 2 men cannot maintain 600 plus units. They are overwhelmed. New residents let dogs poop in yards and won't pick up. Maintenance gets to clean that up daily. It's sad how much the place has changed. read more

In one year and 4 months, we have been woken up in the middle of the night by a insanely loud building fire alarm 3 different times. The false / malfunctioning alarm has been going off now for 2 hours! It's Monday and almost 2am. This is a huge inconvenience for tenants, who stood outside in the cold with our kids and pets waiting for the firefighters to figure out how to deactivate the alarm. As if the disgusting sewer smell that we have to endure daily when we walk to the parking area or as we drive in/out of the main front gate wasn't enough. Stayed at this apartment for 2 years and had no problems until this new staff came along and started to be racist. In particular Lauren and Emily were very racist toward me staying there the whole time. They would always try and find things wrong so they could charge me and even stated " Is there anything else " trying to imply like the apartment had damages in it when nothing was wrong. I don't know if these people are racist but do not stay here they treat their tenants horrible. read more

We lived here for almost 5 years, and had were pretty happy overall except for a lot of what other people commented. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of the front desk, rent gets more and more expensive for little to no improvements, and parking is horrible unless you pay for a carport/garage. The real reason for the 1 star rating was the almost $700 charge at move out. I expected the charge for the carpet and utilities (they say you are paying for the "life loss" of the carpet, as if paying $2800/month wouldn't cover your use of the carpet for however long you are there). The unexpected charge was $5/hole made in the Sheetrock. Which I made sure to caulk and sand as per the move out instructions and I was charged for 52 holes. When I attempted to dispute this, they had me waiting while they "investigated" with the vendor, continuing to place the blame on them, and saying they'd reach back out to me and never did. I continued to call them and follow up, only to hear the same thing. Allison, the assistant manager, clearly took good notes in her manager training because she just gives you the run around and is so condescending when she talks, it's borderline rude. So in conclusion, if you choose to live here, be prepared to get screwed over when you move out. read more

Sold our 5 BR 4 Bath pool home off Tmbeline when the kids all graduated and moved on their own. We've been at Stoneledge Apartments since 2019 and love it. The gated luxury community is amazing. The office staff is friendly, professional and reliable. They plan and produce events for the residents and keep things running smoothly. The maintenance staff is quick to address all concerns and keep Stoneledge beautiful. Unlike my house, all the maintenance including changing light bulbs, a/c & water filters is done for us. The grounds, pool, outdoor bar-b-q cabana, gym, lounges, computer room etc. are awesome. Love this place. read more

Resident for two years. Charged $600 for "pet urine stains" in the carpet. I don't have pets and have never had a pet in my home. Took great care to deep clean my apartment upon leaving. Management threatened to throw out my washer and dryer before the leasing company got it in retaliation. Nice apartments but there are plenty of nicer ones in the area with not crummy management. While renting at this apartment experienced nothing but rude staff who didn't like I was renting out the unit as an African American. When you walk in they treat you like a criminal, little do they know I don't need to work at an apartment complex to get my income. The maintenance guys are racist to, they would come over and look into my stuff and not fix anything. If you are black or of color do not move here, also they would up charge the rent when the lease was up for people of color and give cheaper prices to other residents that have been there.Only move here if you like Trump and Nazi staff that discriminate against you and will try to find anything to charge you for once you move out. read more

I chose this place based on the fact that it had no cockroach reviews because I have PTSD from dealing with small cockroaches in the past and also am absolutely terrified of them. Within the first two months of living here, I saw one GIANT cockroach in my daughter's bathroom... it took every single bit of courage I had to spray it to death with cleaning spray and flush it down the toilet. I thought it was just a fluke, as everything else is so wonderful here. Suddenly, within ONE WEEK, we have seen three GIANT cockroaches in our apartment, one of which was hiding in my husband's shoe when he put it on. I am a clean freak. I vacuum and clean the counters after LITERALLY every meal. I deep clean every single week. We don't allow food or any drink except for water in bedrooms or bathrooms. We never have crumbs on our counters or floors for extended periods of time. We never have food sitting out, and we never have dirty dishes in the sink. This is completely unacceptable and has made me terrified to walk around in my own home. We are paying FAR too much money to live with cockroaches. I noticed the previous reviewer left a cockroach review, and they mentioned them being in the breezeways sometimes... this is also true. Management, take very serious note of this issue because it has the potential to completely destroy your apartment complex. Wherever they are coming from, find the location and kill them. Cockroaches are a public health hazard and are not to be taken lightly. They can nest in the walls. They can pass illnesses and disease through apartment units. I will change my review to 5 stars as soon as this issue is dealt with. read more

I would have loved to tour these, but after waiting in the office with my fiancee and multiple other people (who were also waiting to tour) for at least 20 minutes while the leasing agent just sat on the phone, we decided the bad first impression was enough. She didn't even put the phone down to let us know she would be right with us or acknowledge our presence. Extremely rude and clearly not interested in new tenants. We will pass. read more

2 stars taken off for the fire alarm issue that is currently going on. I saw that the apartment responded to a different review about the alarms. This past year it has gone off 3 times. 1st time it was fixed in an ok time, 2nd time it took over 6 hrs for it to be fixed, and the 3rd time - we don't know because we just had to tough it out and try to get sleep for work that morning. We've missed work, used PTO, etc. we have 2 cats and they are traumatized when that alarm even beeps! We asked the apartment how and when they were 1.) going to fix it 2.) reimburse the ENTIRE building 3.) actually let us know when there is a fire... because almost nobody came out or stayed out this last time it went off. We put our 2 months in and are leaving. Stay away from building 4! It is also settling causing doors to not stay partially closed, cracks appearing in walls and ceiling, and other plumbing issues are beginning to happen. Edit: not just building number 4 - we heard building #1 now going off. Only plus is the fact the apartment acknowledge it the fists time. They still don't know why alarms are going off though. STILL A MASSIVE RED FLAG! We're out! Minus another star. ALSO- Building 4 with the weed smell.... Someone cooks it up constantly. We gave a tip to the office because supposedly the fire alarms have something to do with it - we were told to go to our community police officer who comes monthly*? For pizza and safety briefs. And that they can't do anything with it (but someone unplugged their fire alarm... and it all has no connection to our issue? Ok....) read more

I have been at Stoneledge Apartments in Grapevine for approximately 9 months and I love it here. The grounds are well kept, the location is fabulous, and the staff is friendly, professional, and responsive. I was in a different complex last year and it never felt like home. This apartment feels like home to me. It is the perfect size for what I need and the amenities are great. I love going down to the pool and occasionally I have visited the gym. Don't care for the noise created by the late night pool parties. Pool is also used by people that don't live in complex. No courtesy officer on site (they claimed they would have one). I love living here ! I have been here for 2 years now and have loved the location, friendly staff, great amenities, door trash pick up. Ari in the front office is great to work with. She is kind and gets back with you on time with all issues. They all go above and beyond to help you feel welcome. I also love when you call there is no automatic message that comes up it's a live person every time and answers within the first 2/3 rings. Great place. Check it out !!! One thing I wish they had was a hot tub or a sauna :). Other than that the pool is wonderful - tvs outside with cable, gas grills and you can play your own i pod music to the speaker system. Work out room is clean with lots of variety. Office that is available 24/7 for residence, have free internet with Mac or PC computers and also free printing. This has helped me so much !! BEWARE UPON MOVE OUT! PROS: This is a great apartment complex to live in. Most of the people living here are nice. There is a good mix of young people, single people and families. The grounds and landscaping are nicely kept up and the maintenance team resolves issues with within 1-2 days. CONS: The buildings and interiors of units are cheaply made for the price they charge tenants. You will hear everything from your upstairs neighbor and little things here and there tend to fall apart. I've even heard the maintenance team complain about how cheaply put together things are that they have to fix constantly, but they do a good job repairing things in a timely almost immediate manner. There is not near enough parking for tenants or guests for that matter. There are always cars parked out front of the office and along the street. Tenants are pretty much forced into paying the $75 for a covered parking space or $150 for a single car garage. Even then most spots and garages are taken and there is a waitlist. I would guess that about 70% of tenants own pets/dogs (me included). However, it seems that a lot of people tend to think they don't need to pick up after their pets. I stepped in dog poop at least 1-2 times a week when walking my dog. Several times I would come across dog poop right next to a dog station that was just left there as someone was too lazy to pick it up when bags and a trash container were right next to them. READ THIS IF YOU HAVE A PET: Upon move in you will be charged a $500 PET FEE. This fee is non-refundable and does not go towards any damages. I lived here from May 2014 - July 2016 and had a 4-5 year old non-shedding labradoodle with me. I worked from home and walked my dog several times a day and he never had issues with going potty inside or anything. Upon move out I was charged $281.85 for damages to the carpet. The office told me it was worn, then told me it was urine stained, then told me they had to replace it because of "pet odor." The maintenance team told me that basically any resident with a pet will have to pay to replace the carpet upon move-out. Your $500 non-refundable pet fee will not go towards these charges. MONTH TO MONTH LEASE: is not actually a month to month lease but a 2-month lease at a higher price. Just beware that if you switch to a month to month lease (I was trying to purchase a home) you will still be required to give a 60-day notice. So even though you're paying more to have a 30-day lease you will still be required to also pay rent and utilities for a full 60 days once given notice. Supposedly, this has something to do with new Texas law, but I have friends at other apartments doing the same month to month and only had to give 30-days notice. Please beware this is a fun complex to live at, the people are nice as well as the amenities. This review is not reflecting the people who live here or the people working in the office but more so about the Simpson property policies. This staff works hard to have the best social events to bring residents together, they are an excellent way to meet new residents. If I could give this apartment complex zero stars I would! Living there was a miserable experience. You will pay a hefty price for CHEAP and I mean CHEAP amenities. The big deposit you put down, don't expect to see a penny of it back. I made the mistake of turning my keys in at the end of my lease and not asking for a walk through. On the day I turned the keys in I asked if there was anything else I needed to do. "Oh no, everything is fine" the manager says. A month later I get a bill for carpeting they claimed to replace. I responded with a "letter of dispute" asking to see a receipt or work order for the new carpet. No response. Six months later I get a call from a collection agency. How embarrassing! I have a credit score of 870! On a regular basis I would come home to a house full of dirt, human hair, and pet fur that had been blown under my entry door. That was their idea of keeping the main hallways clean, using powerful leaf blowers. Not a good combination for a clean freak like myself. What is masked as an upscale apartment complex, turned out to be GROSS!!! Stay away! There are better and definitely cleaner places to rent for those prices. Very short and brief, did not offer a tour, did not seem to have any interest in leasing an apartment home. This rental is in appalling contrast with my prior and post-Stoneledge history of excellent home-office rentals. I am a foreign-born professional teacher with a 27-year career, on-time rent-payer, 100% compliant with contracts. I rented a 2-room in 8/2014, as home office for online business and private use; conflict started with management when I declined an apartment that smelt like smoke. Was given apartment on 2nd floor instead, found that tenant on 3rd floor above my apartment bounced sports ball daily on the hardwood floors. Between 8/2014-12/2014 no resolution by management to noise issue; she offered 2 inconvenient apartments (higher prices) and suggested I moved out (my cost). I pointed to the contract, asked for mediation to enforce clauses. Contract and written complaints were ignored. For 4 month the tenant continue the noise harassment that affected my physical health (aggravated prediagnosed heart issues); danger of infarct under stress created by tenant/tolerated by management. More conflicts with manager -- when she tried to eschew a reward obligation, addressed me rudely; the tenant acted as if he was encouraged to do worse noise.... This case pertains to Constructive Eviction -- a tort that allows a tenant to immediately terminate a lease, and sue for damages. Charalambous v. Jean Lafitte Corp., 652 S.W.2d 521, 526 (Tex. App.--El Paso 1983, writ ref'd r.n.e.). As per Landlord/Tenant Supplement (online library) constructive eviction occurs if all of the following four elements are present: 1. The landlord commits an act which substantially interferes with the use for which the premises are intended. 2. The landlord's intent is that the tenant should no longer use or enjoy the premises. Intent can be implied from the facts and circumstances. 3. The act results in a permanent deprivation of use and enjoyment. 4. The tenant abandons the premises within a reasonable time. Consistent with the 4 elements of constructive eviction, in this case: - SHLP committed to allow noise by sports ball that belonged in gym not apartment - noise pollution/hazard affecting my physical health. - SHLP/management written communication shows strong intent to make me leave - I suffered permanent deprivation of enjoyment and of use of home-office - I left after 4 months, after over twenty written and verbal complaints I felt SHLP-Stoneledge/management wanted to cause me to die from a heart attack in my apartment (lease even allows confiscation if tenant dies) or to cause me to move out to extort fees from me for early termination. I terminated lease on 1/10/2015 with Walk-Out report; 2/2015 SHLP-Stoneledge lawyer accused me of early termination, suggested a "settlement" at $1500 - I declined; 11/2015 Collections notification for $4533.96 - including a utilities bill that I had provenly paid already... 2/2016 Sued them in Small Claims Court. They filed a counterclaim $4533.96. 4/2016 I was Pro Se (alone) in Court. SHLP had lawyer and manager in Court. Prior to trial the manager and lawyer talked within my hearing range the case of a certain female who "never made it home" -- strange choice of topic given our circumstances. JP Judge found SHLP double-charging me, reduced their counterclaim from 4533.96 to $2923.96. Further, County Court Judge halved my bond to facilitate a County Court trial, but I gave up due to costs. Currently SHLP Stoneledge still holds $1074 from me - prepaid rent before I moved out. I found pro bono legal assistance, but cannot finance this trial. Clauses of SHLP-Stoneledge clearly specify: "...general noise must be regulated to a level that will not disturb other residents at all times. Clause #31 Responsibilities of Owner. "If we violate any of the above, you may possibly terminate this Lease Contract and exercise other remedies under Texas Property Code section 92.056 by following this procedure: All rent must be current... and you must make a written request for repair or remedy of the condition after which we'll have reasonable time for repair or remedy. Clause #19:"...We may exclude from the apartment community guests and others who, in our judgment have been violating the law, violating thus the Lease Contract or any Apartment Rules, or disturbing other residents, neighbors." Clause #28. Entry is for: ...stopping excessive noise." TEXAS PROPERTY CODE CHAPTER 92, RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES Sec. 92.052. LANDLORD'S DUTY TO REPAIR OR REMEDY. This was my 10th apartment to live in and I recently moved due to wanting to live in a different part of DFW. I have to say this was the best apartment that I lived at due to the people and the quality of the apartment. The team at Stoneledge really does care about their residents in a way that I have not experienced before. I will not lie, we had our issues with the unit over two years however Darcy, the manager was always VERY helpful and checked in on any issues. She always goes above and beyond and truly does care. Matthew, the maintenance manager was also VERY attentive to any issues we had and ensured that issues were taken care of days later with a follow up. They knew me by name and I truly appreciate the Stoneledge employees for making apartment living feel like home. read more

I could not be happier the place keep clean the gym is keep clean. They are very good about repairs and follow up. They have a great staff and they are very helpful. I haven't asked for a whole lot as a tenant but I was really surprised to see the negative reviews here, and felt compelled to write one of my experience. Stoneledge Apartments are the nicest apartments I've ever lived in and I would recommend them to any one of my friends and family. The front desk and staff is friendly and knows you by name. (I love Terra.) Maintenance requests are almost always completed the same day, regardless of how minor. The apartment grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The interior and exterior architecture is beautiful. (Feels like a ski resort kind of feel.) The pool is resort-style. And a good number of tenants (at least in my courtyard) sit on their balconies and patios at night, feels very European! That's the best part. And the residents here are friendly and quite classy, I suppose that's expected given we are in Grapevine, and the price point. read more

I have lived in Stoneledge Apartments for a couple of years now. They send complaint emails almost everyday about residents not cleaning up after pets or how residents clean up after them and it doesn't meet their satisfaction. There are problems with car break ins and we are told to hide belongings and lock the doors. For the price we pay every month you would think they would make sure gates work properly, have a patrol car drive the lot a couple times a day. Staff is snotty. You can hear people in the apartment above yours or next door. Parking is VERY limited. Do yourself a favor. Keep looking! read more

My wife and I just moved here from New England (God bless them up there, they are getting hammered with snow storm after snow storm!)...anyways, I really tried to do my homework before choosing an apartment. I read any reviews that I could find, I talked to people from different apartments in the area and narrowed it down to this one and Camden River Walk. My wife and I are both happy with our choice of Stone Ledge so far. We have only been here for about six weeks and though there is always room for improvement they are getting a solid four stars from me. The girls on staff are very pleasant and quite accommodating. Maintenance crew is very prompt if there are any issues. Tenants are nice for the most part and it is very quiet here. We chose third floor because my wife is a light sleeper and reviews I read suggested that you may hear tenants above you if you are on lower levels. We hear nothing. The dog park is very convenient, it is one reason we chose Stone Ledge. People around the complex don't always pick up after Fido though Stone Ledge tries their best to prevent this by having a leash rule at all times unless in the dog park and I believe they will fine you if caught leaving land mines around the neighborhood. There are dog bag stations around the complex with receptacle and sanitizer too. (a nice perk) The pool is beautiful as well as the outdoor TV area with tables and chairs to sit and relax. Grills are provided for all to use and the gym is really nice with enough equipment to get in a great workout. Grapevine is a great town and convenient to everything! We can walk down town to shops and restaurants. Can't wait until the farmer's market opens! Gaylord Texan is within walking distance too with walking and bike trails. So all in all this is a cool place. They do have some interactive activities here but I wish they had more. They have food trucks come in once in a while, I hear they have socials occasionally too. Stone Ledge is only a couple years old so maybe if we get a couple ideas in the suggestion box we can build on what they have so far. Welcome to Stone Ledge! read more

I have been very pleased with everything here! Staff, maintenance and my apartment. I waited 6 months to move here ( I wanted a specific apartment) and Stacey was the BEST! She was very patient with me calling her every week to check and see if MY apartment was available. When the "one" became available they worked with my dates and got me in when it was convenient with my old apartment lease. Everything is great and I LOVE IT! Strongly recommend, its hard to find an apartment that is like a home. read more

If you are considering renting and having pets at the apt, be sure to read Brittany's review, you will certainly be charged to replace the carpet. I was in the apt for a year, had pets for 6 months, the pets were only there half time and I was still charged to replace the carpets, very unreasonable. I was also informed if I did not pay that they would provide a negative credit report, and there are no option to dispute the charges. read more
