I would be weary of all of the positive reviews on here because the reminder emails the office…read moresends out to the residents (stop leaving your trash out FOR DAYS on your patios, stop throwing your trash out on other people's patios, stop entering people's patios, stop letting your pets poop/pee on your balconies/patios) and the posts residents write on the community board (people getting stuff stolen, kids constantly knocking on people's doors, people being unreasonably loud - like at all hours) paint a different picture. I wrote a review on Google about how HORRIBLE the apartment I'm in is on July 8th 2025 and corporate responded with a telephone # and email to contact them at on July 9th. I contacted them and like many others, got no response. Upon move-in, I had maggots in my freezer, there was suspicious brown liquid spilled all over the fridge, kitchen drawers were broken, A/C was leaking, the front door didn't close properly, the carpet is old, matted and dirty (I have to wear slippers or my feet will literally be grey). My front door leaks if it rains even though they've 'fixed it.' They came to spray for bugs but it didn't really do much, so I guess that is ANOTHER thing I'll have to take care myself of like fixing my sliding glass door, my clogged drain, and I gave up on my broken dishwasher (another thing they 'fixed' but it just broke again). You want to evoke your right to 'Quiet Enjoyment?' You won't get that here. My neighbors slam their front door literally all day. My windows shake in their frames, thats how hard they slam their door. I was told to document everything, so I've done that. I get woken up at 1, 2, 3 AM at least 3 times a week and then get woken up at 7am by slamming doors. Their kid runs around the apartment and screams; it's like Jurassic Park, I have dishes on my counter that shake from the running (I have all this on video for proof too). All of this for $1700, total scam. If you do decide to move here (may God be with you), pay for a covered parking spot. I've been here 4 months now and I already have 4 dings/scratches on my car. I've NEVER had this happen at any other apartment and I've been renting almost continuously since 2006/2007. My car is only 1 1/2 years old and was in PRISTINE condition when I moved in (I work from home so I only go out for errands and stuff) and when I do, I park far out, so I know for a FACT that they all came from here. One happened the first 3 DAYS I was here, and I hadn't gone anywhere else, lol. The manager is pretty incompetent and refuses to do anything about all of this, which is pretty frustrating to say the least. If your complex is having all of the issues I stated above YOU'RE OBVIOUSLY DOING SOMETHING WRONG. I know you can't control people, but I can't remember in recent history being in an apartment this bad demanding this much rent for such small square footage with 10 yr old appliances; its rambunctious.

Also so close to the airport you can read the flight numbers on the planes. Terrible complex for the amount of money youre paying. Nevermind the pool parties that go well into the mornings.

The water stain is growing and encompasses more than half the length of the wall, near the carpet. The carpet is wet from waste, and my apartment smells like manure. I am unable to use the toilet, electrical socket on the wall and enjoy the comforts of my home because I am fearful of the sewage smell and spreading of water. The apartment was incredibly well insulated as I never heard my neighbors and my utilities were ridiculous low. $34/mo average on electricity. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always knew who I was. I only moved out because the lease was up and I was already at the top of my budget. On the day I signed my lease, I saw a few roaches in the kitchen, and I also noticed the strong smell of curry. I hate curry. That instantly told me that whomever had the apartment before me did not clean often and that the company doesn't bother to clean apartments thoroughly before renting them to new tenants. The oven and stove were still visually dirty. I mopped before I moved ANYTHING in and the mop water was BLACK after each room. I moved the fridge to get a good clean in the kitchen and at least a dozen roaches scattered everywhere. It literally left me shaking and in tears and I knew the oven was probably 10xs worse!!! I still have not touched it. I bought Avdvion bait and Diatomaceous earth. Neither has gotten rid of them. I put on my move in list TWICE that there were roaches spotted. I sent a long email to the office explaining these very complaints. They said they responded. They did not. I only got a response when I called DAYS after sending the email. I was told that someone would come yesterday, Wednesday, to spray. Also, Wednesday is the ONLY day this outside company they hire comes to do so. Well, being that I'm an adult that has to pay bills, I just so happened to be at work when I saw the man on my ring camera knock on my door at noon. Once I called the office staff about it, they claimed that there was no key available at the office for them to get in, so I would have to be rescheduled for NEXT Wednesday. Which is weird because, how is maintenance ever suppose to get in to fix the things I also stated were wrong on the move in sheet? But anyway, I have cried 3 times about these roaches. I can't even cook in my kitchen!!! It's to the point where I'm CERTAIN it is a building issue that they already know about and don't care about. At this point, the only thing left to do is get a cat and PRAY it keeps them away, but even THAT'S an extra fee just for my sanity. 2) Parking issues. I have witnessed firsthand a resident's car being towed from the carport parking that they pay for monthly after living in the complex for MONTHS. So, I have tried to register my car FOUR times per their instructions. Each time, the website prompts that someone is already registered for this unit. Informed the office of this, and all they can do is refer me to a number for the website THEY use. Now, I either have to park on the street or be paranoid all night that my car won't get towed. And yes, I too pay for carport parking. 3) Overall Policy. The one star I gave is for how EASY it was to get approved for a lease. But, everything that's easy ain't peasy. There is not enforcement of maintaining liveable, sanitary, and inviting principles of these apartments. There is dog poop everywhere, even on sidewalks RIGHT beside poop bag stations. Apparently, exterminators only come when REQUESTED even though it is OBVIOUS most units have an infestation. Where are the routine, monthly, or BI-WEEKLY for some of us exterminating services?? I know this is gonna get an auto reply but at this point I don't even care. I just wanna warn someone that is looking for somewhere they can really call home. I pay extra for a "renovated" roach motel. Don't be like me.

I was told the carpet was brand new, but it was stained, smelled of pet urine, and visibly filthy. I even vacuumed it with a brand-new vacuum cleaner and collected a full container of dirt, hair, and debris on the first pass--proof it was never cleaned as claimed. I was also misled about the appliances. I was shown stainless steel appliances during the tour and virtual walkthroughs, but received outdated black ones instead. When I brought this up, I was told my rate did not include the renovated units, which directly contradicts what I was told by the leasing agent. The apartment was handed over to me in unacceptable condition: Dirty and stained toilet and bathtub Cabinets full of grime Torn and missing window screens No working A/C for 4 days after move-in Strong pet odor and filthy carpet, despite disclosed allergies I've made multiple attempts to resolve these issues. I sent detailed emails, visited the office, and even rearranged work to be available for their walkthrough. After that, I followed up three times and received no response whatsoever. The on-site management has been extremely unprofessional and dismissive: Berta Ortega (Community Director) completely stopped replying to my emails. Every time I went to the office, she stayed hidden in her office and didn't have the courtesy to speak to me directly--even when I was waiting just outside. Instead, she always sent her assistant to deal with me. Victoria Zamora (Assistant Manager) is incredibly rude and unhelpful. She dismisses every concern, even with photos and video evidence in front of her, and refuses to acknowledge or resolve the issues. Kristina Champion (Leasing Agent) misled me about the appliances, the condition of the unit, and told me the carpet would be new--which it clearly was not. Due to the evident lack of professionalism from the managment I've now had to escalate the matter to corporate, because nothing has been resolved and I've been treated with complete disregard. If you're considering living here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. What you're promised during the tour may not reflect reality, and once they have you locked into a lease, good luck getting help.

I had the pleasure of starting my Palisades journey with the amazing Amber P (Ivan), the other young lady (Christian #1), Ms. Joni and Ms. Mekeda (Christian #2) who to me have been a breath of fresh air to our community. I've not had one issue come up and was brought to Mekeda's attention that was not resolved in the same day or soon thereafter. Christian is so awesome I've never had anything that he fixed need to be addressed for the same issue again. He's a hard worker and very respectful. They take the cleanliness of the complex, the safety and happiness of the tenants personal. For me the enforcement of the Trash policy is huge as there are those that still break the rules and wind up having their trash spread across the lawn by morning from the critters that otherwise wouldn't have access to it if it were put out at the designated time. We have a lot of dog lovers so I'm sure the dog park is appreciated. (I don't utilize it as I don't have a dog) I don't see me leaving anytime in the near future. Who does Woodbridge Apartments expect to pay the electric bill in my unit for next month? My electric bill will definitely increase with 22 fans running for 3 days straight? My electricity has shut off multiple times. My ceilings are discolored, and there is a disgusting brown substance leaking from the ceiling because of all of the water trapped inside. When I spoke with Constance Mosley the property manager, she stated that my apartment was livable although it was literally raining someone else's toilet water in EVERY room of my apartment, and it looks like the ceiling is going to cave in from the water that maintenance said is trapped inside. However, understand that Constance can only really do what FDC Management ie Ariana Seraile, or whomever is Ariana Seraile's boss, will allow her to do, and Ariana Seraile or whomever her boss is don't care about the tenants of Woodbridge Apartments, because if they did they would put money into these apartments so that their maintenance crew can RESOLVE the issue the FIRST TIME a tenant has a maintenance issue instead of trying to patch up these maintenance issues with a temporary bandaid, that will ALMOST ALWAYS LEAD to what I have now experienced. Constance, the property manager and Ariana, the Regional Property Manager stated that Woodbridge does not accommodate ANY resident in matters such as these, and that Woodbridge expects rent to be paid by the first of the month regardless of any issues, loss or damage that a tenant experiences while living here. I have emailed Ariana Seraile, with my concerns and questions surrounding the safety and health of my daughter and I remaining in this apartment due to the water damage and now electrical issues that are happening in my apartment. However, Ariana Seraile will try to avoid your questions by responding at the very of END of the business day and go home for the evening without a care in the world about you or Woodbridge property. That's ok. Keep emailing Ariana Seraile your questions because as a tenant you deserve direct and not vague responses in a maintenance emergency that has an effect on your safety or well being. Therefore, if Ariana Seraile is not comfortable with providing a tenant a direct and clear response, she needs to go to her boss for direction. So, in my opinion if you're looking to move into Woodbridge Apartments right now, I'd say don't do it. However, my response 8 years ago would have been completely different. Since this is an older property you will experience maintenance issues, but that isn't the problem. FDC Management ie Ariana Seraile and whomever her boss is are only allowing Woodbridge maintenance crew to patch up these maintenance issues that later lead to disaster. This is the PROBLEM. There is no way that I should have experienced more than 3 water leaks in my apartment covering a span of 3 months. My experience has been more than just inconvenient, it's inhumane and FDC Management ie Ariana Seraile and whomever her boss is simply don't care about their tenants. They even refuse 3rd party terminators to come in and handle the infestation because they want their own Joe Shmoe to make the $400. Car break-ins are frequent in the parking lot, especially on the South side and there's absolutely no security presence or effort made to improve safety. Residents play loud music throughout the entire night resulting in police being called out to the complex and it still continues. Good luck getting ahold of the leasing office. You can call 6-8 times a day, and nobody will pickup and nobody will respond to your emails. This complex is also claimed and told to be "Smoke free". However, numerous residents smoke indoors and outdoors completely disobeying this ordinance. We've even had a mother post on our community page with a newborn on an oxygen machine because her infant can't breathe the cigarette smoke coming from the nearby unit. Management DOES NOT CARE about residents' well-being. There have been multiple water shut-offs with little to no notice, sometimes lasting for hours. I've had to go to work numerous mornings without even taking a shower. EMBARRASSING!!! On top of that, sewer leaks in the parking lot and other plumbing issues are common and go unresolved for weeks, creating health hazards and horrible smells. Overall, this place is poorly maintained, unsafe, unprofessional and mismanaged.
