So surprise Issues like "oh, that's not in your order because it's no longer in stock" or new, but leaking droplet bottle - that W.co wouldn't refund - so I had to go directly to the manufacturer for a replacement. You're not losing money by replacing broken returns. Delivery nonsense. Today's was "we need to see your physical card." Your app already had me sign in AND verified my card. Your website already connected to EVS DHHS and verified me, how else would I get deliveries? Or be able to complete an order? Your webpage said: "you're all set! Available to pickup." "We need to see your physical card that your pharmacy gave you." Here's my digital copy. This isn't 1997. Pharmacists are giving physical cards. "I need to see your physical card." Aggravating. Yeah, I get that my measly $130 order is nothing, but maybe enough people will read this and head over to Dragonfly or elsewhere where they're playing music in the lobby.

You must book an appointment on their website, let them know what you need your medical card for, (for me wrist pain) then, they'll have you meet with a Qualified Medical Practitioner, fill out some paperwork, pay a few fees, and you are now a medical cannabis patient. you can get your card same day, but you might have to drive to another empathetix location like I did.
