Huge shout-out to Heidi and River at WholesomeCo! I've had some rocky experiences lately, but these…read moretwo completely turned it around 100%. Heidi was so helpful with my scheduling and kept in touch perfectly. Then River, my driver, went way above and beyond--he was incredibly patient while I dealt with bank issues and even doubled back to my house to make sure I got my order. It's employees like these two that keep me coming back. Amazing service!"

Besides visits being more like the DMV or social security office than a fun / chill Dispensary. I've met more unpleasant staff here than their competitors. Lighten up! I'm here to buy weed, not get the feel I'm in a police station. I don't live across the street. It's inconvenient to drive all the way here. So surprise Issues like "oh, that's not in your order because it's no longer in stock" or new, but leaking droplet bottle - that W.co wouldn't refund - so I had to go directly to the manufacturer for a replacement. You're not losing money by replacing broken returns. Delivery nonsense. Today's was "we need to see your physical card." Your app already had me sign in AND verified my card. Your website already connected to EVS DHHS and verified me, how else would I get deliveries? Or be able to complete an order? Your webpage said: "you're all set! Available to pickup." "We need to see your physical card that your pharmacy gave you." Here's my digital copy. This isn't 1997. Pharmacists are giving physical cards. "I need to see your physical card." Aggravating. Yeah, I get that my measly $130 order is nothing, but maybe enough people will read this and head over to Dragonfly or elsewhere where they're playing music in the lobby.

After more than 15 years of battling chronic pain from fibromyalgia and unexplained weight gain, I…read morehad nearly given up hope of finding real solutions. Despite maintaining a clean diet, exercising five days a week, and rock climbing twice weekly, I continued to gain weight and live with constant pain. Working with Rita Rutland at Restorative Health has been truly life changing. She is exceptionally attentive, deeply knowledgeable, and takes a holistic, evidence based approach to care. Rather than masking symptoms, she identified the underlying causes and created a treatment plan tailored specifically to me. Under her guidance, I've lost 40 pounds after years of seeing no progress and have gained meaningful relief from chronic pain that once controlled my life. Rita also helped manage my post surgical pain following ACL reconstruction when other providers fell short. For anyone who feels unheard or stuck in a cycle of trial and error healthcare, I cannot recommend Rita and Restorative Health highly enough. They deliver what modern medicine so often misses: genuine partnership, deep understanding, and lasting results.

Now the people that work there are another thing... they are The Incredibles!! The front office staff is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to schedule with. The doctors, Rita and Mercedes treat their patients with kindness, respect, and they are sincerely there to help people. Jamie will sit with you during your ketamine treatment. She seriously is 100% comfort! I highly recommend using guides your first few times at least. This is the place to go and the appointments are easy to get. Just call! =)

My first visit to get my card went fine, and I actually had a very positive experience, hence the 3…read morestars vs 1 star. It was at my renewal appointment in December where I had an awful experience. When I went to renew my card, I thought the renewal price was $80, and I was very much mistaken as it was $180, my bad. At the time, I had just switched jobs and was getting significantly less money and my card declined. For context: I'm a student full time averaging 18 credit hrs, I work any time I'm not in school, so I have no days off, limited funds, and work extremely hard to the point where my back and knee issues were expeditiously getting worse. I asked to reschedule to renew for after my next payday, which I still didn't love the idea of as $180 was going to be a large chunk of my paycheck. They asked me if I would be willing to sign up for the monthly membership which essentially finances your renewal cost. At the time, I was so broke and was trying to save as much as I could so I knew I couldn't afford $20 month to month, that's gas money, food money, etc. I could barely afford the $80 for the year I was planning on spending. They proceeded to ask me 3 times why I didn't want to do the membership, in my job I do package sales so i understand they were doing their job, even though it was getting annoying. It got to a point where I had to share my financial situation just so the person could understand why I can't afford the membership. The person pitching the membership, after me saying no 3 times, then said "Someone came in and couldn't do the $180 renewal, but then he went out and doordashed for an hour and got $20 so he could start his membership! Maybe you could do that right now and start your first payment?" I was shocked and appalled. I had just finished expressing how I have no time and no funds and said no 3 times prior. As someone who does similar sales with my job, I was understanding up to that point. It was so insulting and disrespectful after being open about my financial situation to strangers. Because of money, I was already in a dark place and I ended up crying when I got home and throughout the following week. I went home and canceled my next appointment and I do not plan on ever going back. I am just now in a financial place where I could renew, but when I do I am not going back here. Super disappointed as my first visit was fantastic. In this economy and world, it is not the time to be overly pushy with sales and memberships when people are struggling to put food on the table
