Unfortunately, I had my first negative experience at Dragonfly Wellness today. This place is usually great--employees are helpful, orders are ready quickly, and the online ordering system is great. However, I placed an online order today and realized I needed to adjust the order. I called the pharmacy immediately after placing the order and spoke with someone about adding an additional item. She told me I could easily do that, looked up my order with my name, and said she added the additional item. When I arrived to pick up the order, the additional item had not been added to my order and the person getting my order told me I could not add it at the window even though I had not yet paid. I would have had to place an additional order and pay a separate, additional state fee. Went to pick up order from the drive thru on nov 28 around 1pm. Thier drive thru has 2 lanes that merage into 1, so I went in the second lane just like the signs say and I get some jack ass in a big truck blocking me and I yelled out that its two lanes that merge and then the driver of the truck gets out and pounds on my window and flipping me off, I tried getting him on video bit he was walking away when I finally got my camera open, but I did catch the security guard telling me that the 2nd line is not in use and it was first come first served and kept saying it and saying he understood my frustrations. I went around to the front and spoke to junior the manager and he said the 2 lane were open and that it was NOT the policy of first come first served. Last week I purchased a 1 gram Betty vape pod from this company. Yesterday upon opening it failed to function on two fully charged batteries, so I took it back for an exchange. They told me the device worked fine on their equipment and they refused the exchange. This is the second time in a year that they have refused to stand behind their product in this way. The Utah Medical Cannabis industry is an exclusive club of money-grabbers, and every player I have interacted with has shown the arrogance of the monopoly: selling inferior product at prices that would make the cartels blush, and giving the middle finger to anyone seeking basic customer service. I did not go back there with half a bag of flower saying that it didn't get me high enough; this was an electronic device that did not function. The fact that this company does not hold itself to the same basic ethical standards of any other business really makes them just low-rent drug dealers, right? I feel bad for the kids with epilepsy and their families who were used as fodder to jumpstart the legalization movement here. I feel bad for the legitimate patients who are used as props to legitimize what is happening here. I am disgusted by the imposters in white lab coats "dispensing medical advice" at these sketchy places. I have lived in states where patients are treated with dignity, and encouraged to cultivate for themselves - which is illegal here - but if you see the right QMP you can BUY all you want, unlimited supply, baby! I love this place! Everybody is so nice and chill. I always do my homework before I come so I utilize their website. On it is every product they sale and what symptoms it relieves. The topicals really work for my migraines and this aweful sinus infection I'm trying to get rid of. It's a medical dispensary so get ready to show your driver's license and medical card at the door. You will need your id one more time picking up your prescription. Usually it's quick going mid day. Parking can get tight but never a problem. They have a drive thru which you order online and I believe you can choose pick up, drive thru or delivery. Great location on state street close to downtown. My first trip with my card, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, even with the pharmacist's required consultation, and even though it seemed busy! I walked right in for the pharmacist appointment, didn't need to schedule (I called first to check). Dragonfly's staff seem very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Happy with my purchase, as well as with their super cute dragonfly bags they send your product home with. Word to the wise though, ask them to NOT staple the receipt to it! What's the point of stapling the receipt to the smell-proof bag, creating a hole from the staple in the bag? Why not just put the receipt IN the bag? Wondering if it's some silly Utah rule. Their bags are really cute, but now I can't reuse it with flower unless I'm ok with my car smelly skunky because of the staple hole. Kind of silly. But maybe it's not their fault, with Utah's laws changing on a pretty constant basis, regulating what COLORS can be on cannabis packaging, I wouldn't be surprised. read more

To the new owner Mary who is responding to something that she did not even read my review of what happened? How were you trying to avoid me a trip back there when I had to go down there 4 times over this? Why was the product not exchanged the first time I went back after it was not working? I had no medicine all day and night and I was still given back a faulty battery and Betty Pod. The exact same ones with nothing done to even make sure that is was working. They then kept no record in the Dragonfly computer system of me even coming in so when I came in for the 3rd time it looked like I had never been in over the problem. Why would it not be documented anywhere, that I had already tried to return the product and was refused. I have had to come to Dragonfly Wellness 4 times so far over this issue. The day after I bought it and had to come in the first time it should have been exchanged. I was asked questions like this, ". Did you charge it?" "Did you leave it plugged into the charger for too long?" "Do you know how to use a vape pod." "Did you put it through the laundry and forget," "We're you trying to use it in freezing weather." Then I was given the same pod back with the same battery that does not even work. The pod was leaking liquid into my mouth that could be incredibly dangerous to ingest and no one at Dragonfly has cared at all. Mary do you believe it is okay for thc distillate to be consumed by mouth I had two customers in the parking lot when I was leaving come up to me and apologize and one woman had tears in her eyes and said, " I will now never come here again either young man," and she showed me that she had been buying hundreds of dollars in gummies. She was shocked herself and she understood what they were doing to me was wrong and she was 86! Mary, business owner, please tell me how you in anyway attempted to try to help me and prevent me from having to come down to the store over and over again. Like I said 4 times I have been in the store over something that had never happened to me at any other dispensary for 4 years. Mary, I can send you show you the receipts of all the carts and pods I have purchased and once again NONE OF THEM HAVE EVER BROKEN! So in closing I was lied to again and actually drove to the store again and gave them a chance to make things right after hearing from someone that is not an owner but the manager told me that he did not know what he was talking about and that he does not have any day in anything. Ouch! Imagine going to pick up an asthma inhaler from a real pharmacy that care about their patients. If you came home with said inhaler and it did not work, then began to work sporadically which included liquid coming into you're mouth, and then the inhaler broke completely. What would you do if you took the inhaler to the pharmacy 3 times just wanting a new inhaler or you're money back to go buy one somewhere responsible.
