I'm not sure why there's other negative reviews. Every time I come here, I have an amazing experience! The staff are extremely kind and the process is extremely efficient, you are in and out! Unlike some other pharmacies where you have to go through 3 or 4 different steps plus waiting a dumb amount of time to even obtain your product. If I can avoid going to those, I will. I had a mixed experience with this place as a new customer. On my first visit, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even laminated my medical card, but I never received it back. I waited over 20 minutes for my consultation but I had to leave for class, and the staff was very sweet and understanding about my time constraints. I understand the process for this type of thing and didn't want the pharmacist to feel rushed, as I had to leave. I should've noticed I didn't get my card back I guess? Anyways, I realized I didn't have my card when I was heading to another dispensary, so I called this one to ask about it. They said I could come in to get a new laminated card and could also purchase some products, which sounded great, so I headed over. (I also just needed my card). When I got there the guy at the front Garret said I couldn't purchase any product because they don't do consults after 6, (it was 7:00 when I called). Why wouldn't you tell me that dude. I am annoyed purely at the fact that they kept my medical card, didn't tell me, and then didn't let me purchase product. And the staff member there, Garrett was short and unpleasant. The Staff are very chill and helpful, the vibe is nice and mellow, the prices are great (during sales lol) and it's convenient for me. They also always carry my RSO capsules! Full transparency I'm a former staff member & Continued customer. I genuinely think they have a Great Staff / Great selection / Loyalty program / AND GENUINE HUMAN CONCERN for their patients. Beehive is introducing new innovative strains. I regularly see other dispensaries copying (poorly). I love to go in to see old co-workers but more so the new work their garden is bringing up. I called the dispensary and they said they would make it even by giving me15% off on another cartridge. I would say they need to read the definition of even if they think 15% off a $50 dollar cartridge to replace a bad $50 cartridge is making things even. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!! Hate to leave such a low review because I usually don't have a problem but my experience today was awful and still just has me upset as a patient... I went in today with a concern about a product issue with my cartridge and just felt completely unlistened/uncared for like I was trying to scam them when my product was completely unusable/wasted and just weren't listening when I was trying to explain what was going on. I have only been here once but it was a good experience. The staff was kind and helpful and I had already in mind what I was going to get. The prices seem to be more than other dispensaries and that may be because they do seem to offer more upscale products, especially on the flower side of things. I have had a hard time in Utah finding quality flower, Interested in trying , "Cookies" brand flower but it is a bit out of my price range. Being one who uses Medical Cannabis, and seeing the benefits of this product in combination with psychotherapeutic intervention in my patients I highly recommend its use. I have definitely had the most unpleasant experience at this dispensary in Utah. I bought a "Fruit of Life" vape cartridge that didn't work. I returned it and got it replaced with the same thing which also didn't work at all. I brought this cart back and was told by an employee that there latest batch of that brand had been having problems. However the person I talked to (the owner?) refused to help for the sake of profit. He even told me: "I can't take it back because I would take a hit because I won't be reimbursed until the end of the month. He took the cart "in the back" and said it worked but didn't show me any type of proof. I brought back the faulty cartridge after following his advice to use a lighter to warm the oil. This did not work. I brought the cartridge back again within a few hours and was once again told he wouldn't get the money back until the end of the month so whe wouldn't help me. He would only let me exchange for the same brand (which I was notified were a bad batch). I didn't bother going back because I didn't want another fake excuse for the sake of greed over a patient. I've had faulty cartridges in the past and have NEVER had a problem like this. I will never go back. It sucks because they have good product but have shown the person in charge does not care about patients AT ALL when it comes to money. It really is a shame. read more
