This was April 29th and today is May 1st and they are now telling me nothing can be done because it was a manufacture change. I get that but the manufacturer didn't shop my order and put the wrong product in the cart. I just want it made right. Of the 5 shoppers walking in with me I was the only one wearing a mask. No one said any thing to the mask "violators". As I shopped I saw another 10 or more shoppers without a mask on. I found a manager and asked him why people not wearing a mask are allowed to enter the store as they pass by the sign requiring a mask to be worn. He said " we aren't allowed to enforce that mask rule". Wow! I asked why have the sign then but he didn't respond. After seeing even more shoppers not wearing a mask I found another manager and asked her the same mask question. She said " They are supposed to enforce the mask requirement". As she and I stood there three shoppers walked by us and not one had a mask on. Go to Target where they are COVID safe.

We have used the one hoy photo here and our order was submitted online and processed promptly. An ongoing problem with Walgreens is that they advertise what sound like great deals though will often have a smaller sized product with the sale price rather than the larger item that was advertised. I have found there is often a lot of fine print in the ads and sometimes the fine print is not seen/available till you are standing in front of the advertised product. We've had success with the coupons for photo processing. This week's good deal is 75 prints for 9.99. Think we'll get some prints developed this week. Also, some success with the register rewards and the loyalty card. 4 stars because there is too much fine print.

I tend to watch the ads till there is a good coupon for photo processing. For example, .10 prints is a great deal. The only negative today is that one thing was advertised with an extra incentive in the ad. However, when I got to that item, it showed the good deal though there were a lot of conditions that were not listed in the paper ad or online.

When you leave message for call back their mechanical phone system IMMEDIATELY CALLS BACK WITH NO LIVE PERSON, ONLY SAME RECORDING WHEN CUSTOMER ORIGINALLY CALLS, REQUIRING NEW MESSAGE TO TALK TO LIVE PERSON. THAT HAPPENED TWICE. When store actually did call back man was very rude, though he fully agreed with above statement, then clearly not listening to customer's inquiry, questions. Really miss when this CVS had a professional pharmacist, days of Ruby & Laura as pharmacists. Heck, this pharmacy's days and hours even cut back, along with professionalism, why most all I have through CVS now goes mail order instead.
