Lee Vista Promenade is a great shopping plaza located in close proximity to Orlando International…read moreAirport and offers a nice mix of retail stores, restaurants, etc. (they even have a farmer's market on the weekend. The farmer's market is held on Sunday morning, I believe). The mall is smartly laid out and very well maintained. It is clean and is both welcoming and attractively designed. They have a good selection of retail and dining options. Again, the Lee Vista Promenade is located close to the airport, so if you are a traveler staying in Orlando, the City Beautiful, this is a good shopping plaza to either grab a meal, grab some essentials, or just for something to do (or a combination of all three). I travel a lot for business and I understand the need to find something to do in your downtime while traveling for work. This is a great choice to head to. All in all, I definitely recommend here and give it five () stars.

But seriously, this plaza is awesome. HomeGoods, Michael's, Academy Sports, Five Below, Petco, ULTA... this list goes on. On top of that, you've got the Epic theater which offers luxury seating that I love. And you've of course got some great dining options like Rock n Brews, Red Robin and lots of quick service joints. It's conveniently located on 436 & Lee Vista by the airport. Really love this place!

It is far less busy than the main side which is very nice. They have less options, but still a good variety. The set-up is pretty scattered with various strip plazas that contain different stores / restaurants. Each one has it's own parking lot and sectioned area, which ends up being nice since the lots don't get full and you can always find some where to park. Overall: A A less busy side of Waterford, but plenty to shop / eat.

Waterford Towers, or as I call it "the Kohl's plaza" is situated directly across from Waterford…read moreTown Center on Alafaya Trail. I frequent a number of the shops and restaurants here. You've got major stores like Home Depot, Kohl's, and Michael's as well as a lot of smaller stores. Back in my tanning days I was at the South Beach tanning multiple times/week and have enjoyed many meals at Rice & Beans and Papa Lozzi's. Other stores/restaurants include a Panda Express, Bonchon, Chipotle, Keke's, a hot pot place, a nail salon, Nothing Bundt Cakes, a new Indian place, the Post Office, some resale shops, Smash burger and even a daycare. The plaza is huge with several other establishments, but there are also a lot of vacant storefronts. The main entrance closest to the 408 is kind of a nightmare as is that whole side of the plaza. I avoid that end just because it's such a pain in the butt to get out since the exit gets so backed up at times. I usually go out of my way and further down to turn right from an exit without a light or even to the far opposite end where the post office is because there is a light there. Good variety of stores/dining, but a pain to get in and out of. Don't forget to check there are shops behind what you see from the streets. That's where you'll find things like the resale shops and the cigar store. Those on the far back seem to struggle the most to stay afloat.

I used to love this place, and I decided to get some clothes before lunch so I decided to go there…read moreand there was no air conditioning. There was only two stores with only two people there. It was so quiet, and ominous, and at Macy's in there there was such a small selection, Technically there was no service pretty much nobody worked there only the people at Macy's and Dillards. This place used to be packed with people, and it was so famous, but now.. it's completely abandoned.

To…read moreme, the mall was a destination where you'd spend the day eating and shopping and eating some more. I've watch the style of the malls transform over the years. There are plenty of happening malls around Orlando, but this centrally located mall is everything but bustling. George Romero's zombies would die of starvation if they visited this particular mall. One major plus is Parking! It's excellent as you rarely are more than 5 parking spots deep from the entrance. The parking garage on the west side invokes horror as even a menacing looking figure such as myself hurriedly shuffles to and from the vehicle in tremors to avoid Killer Klowns, Leatherface, Jason, Michael, Ren McCormack, Freddy, or whatever those things in Wrong Turn (2003) were which may be right behind you. Once inside, you don't feel much safer as the Stir of Echos of each footstep remind you that you should get what you need and get out as fast as you can. As of this writing, there's a Macy's, maybe a Dillards, and a bunch of mall staples like phone stores, Spencers, Hot Topic, a Beauty Shop, nail salons, and one of the most laughable food courts I've seen. It would take the advertising team from Picture Perfect to get this place back on track. I wish I could say this was due to the Pandemic, and although it didn't help this mall, it was like this before. I hope some of the face-lifts going on outside pump some life back into this structure. It's like Flatliners if that drug didn't work to bring you back. Or maybe everyone shopping took the serum from Hollow Man, as nearly every photo here (not mine, everyones') is devoid of people. There are so many closed storefronts that looking down one corridor towards The Darkness of the entrance in the distance has you wondering if it's worth the effort to walk that direction. Upon leaving, you've never been more happy to be in traffic because at least it means there are other people around and you've survived the hell-hole that is Orlando Fashion Square. Don't fill Trapped! You Should Have Left before you got out of your car.
