You get an uneducated PA and just a referral and no medication despite history of illness. PA is completely useless, knows nothing. This place is like entering stupidville, you get no treatment and wait times are super long despite them having barely any patients. I have never been so offended at a "doctor's" appointment before. Went in with symptoms of a sinus infection that has moved into chest congestion with a cough and coughing up phlegm. Granted, it's only been three days but I know my body and I know that this will linger and I will still be coughing 3 months from now if I don't do something about it now. Was pretty much told that I only have a cold and the reason my cough lingers is because I'm a smoker-- cigarettes. Forget my symptoms-- it's pretty much my fault. And I shouldn't have come in before suffering for two weeks-- 3 days wasn't enough. But what antibiotic do you want? Are you kidding me? I have no idea what antibiotic I want. I never even said I wanted an antibiotic. I want to feel better. How about not making me feel like I'm some deadbeat that's just out there to score some drugs off of you? You're getting agitated.... I said I'd call in antibiotics for you. Really? I have no reason to be agitated? I walked out while she was still trying to make me feel like an asshole for going in. Guess I'll suffer for the next few months because it's all my fault anyway. Forget checking my throat or god forbid, feel my glands. She listened to my breathing with the stethoscope and then made her judgement. Don't go here if you haven't been sick for a couple weeks. And if you're a smoker, expect to be treated like a pariah-- you're not worth treating. And you can take your antibiotics and shove them where the sun don't shine. This urgent care was amazing. The staff that was working the evening I went in were amazing. They greeted me well, and the PA was pleasant as well. I am from California and they accepted my insurance and I had no hassle at all. I was literally in and out within 20 minutes and was taken care of. I have been to stony creek orange several times. I'm actually changing my review from 5 stars to 1. I do have to say the usual receptionist is great but I'm feeling like most of the staff is coming and going... and definitely going down hill. -I was treated 2 weeks ago by a female provider that I felt didn't listen to what I was saying. She diagnosed me with bronchitis and the flu... I questioned her about the flu because my flu swipe came back negative but she insisted. She also didn't think I needed a chest X-ray. 2 days later I was worse and called... a male provider told me to come in for that X-ray. I told him I could hear fluid in my lungs and the wheezing scared me... I was pretty sure I have pneumonia. He said I'd have to have a heart condition for that to be possible buuuttt after a chest X-ray he did agree that I had pneumonia and he gave me 2 nebulizer treatments. I was pleased with his thoroughness and he changed my meds accordingly. Now I am self pay and probably could've saved the $120 for that flu antibiotic if the 1st female provider had listened to me and been more thorough. No biggie though, at least we were on the right track and I feel a lot better! I called today at 1:40pm and asked #1 if I can come in to be seen for the 3rd time because my antibiotic ends tomorrow and I don't feel like my pnemonia is completely gone yet. and #2 if I could get a copy of my daughters physical. Cassidy sounded irritated even asking me did I pay for my daughters physical? I said yes. she said they would probably close early so get there by 2:15pm. I left work (I'm self employed) immediately and got there just before 2pm to find the door locked. I knocked several times and cassidy answered and told me the provider told her to lock the door and there was nothing she could do. I asked her if she mentioned to the provider that she told me to come down by 2:15 and it was only 2pm. 2:30pm is posted on The door. I realize they want to get out of work on a beautiful Sat. but this is not fair. I followed her directions and got no where. read more

This place is horrible. My son has a workers comp issue and the three times we have had to come here for check ups we have to wait more than 2 hours! When asked how long they do not respond. Avoid this place and use another urgent care center if available. Or go to the emergency room. Do not waste your time here, they think everyone's time is expendable but theirs read more

However, they got my full name wrong and never emailed me the correct Covid test results, which came back negative. Understandably, I was very alarmed and confused. I have been twice. The first time I went for a fever and the practitioner seeing me told me she suspected HIV and ordered an HIV test, which was absurd and obviously not the cause of my fever. I went again this weekend- 9 months pregnant, with a sore throat to rule out strep. They swabbed me and did a rapid strep test and said they'd send out a culture. I have received three calls today saying they didn't get enough of a sample- like I am some idiot who believes they can see how much bacteria is on a swab before even sending it to a lab- and that I need to come back or go to Quest for another test. The entire point of an urgent care is that it is quick, easy and open on evenings and weekends when my GP isn't. Should not require follow up visits. Sounds like sample was lost or mishandled. read more

They do not like to give meds, I have asthma and also in the medical field I know when i need antibiotics. My Pcp was booked so I needed to go here, Trouble breathing crackles in my chest the PA said viral told me to take mucinex DM and prendnisone. Well it got worse and I went to my pcp and was Diagnosed with asthmatic bronchitis and given the proper meds. They are usually not bad there. But this lady dropped the ball never again will I ever go back. My doctor will get me in the same day as long as I tell him what is going on. So pissed . read more

Highly recommend this walk-in center. I am someone that avoids going to the doctor but I can't say enough good things about Stony Creek in Orange. I was in and out of there in under an hour and the Physician was thorough and professional. I almost don't hate going to the doctors as much now. read more
