I looked at the online inventory picked a beautiful trailer and applied. I was approved quickly and started paying for my trailer before I even seen it. Big mistake trusting him and the photos online. I went to go get my camper there, and there was no walk through no instructions I was basically told to get the trailer off the lot by 5 or they would lock the gates. I pulled it off the lot and parked it at the truck stop across the road. When I returned the jack wouldn't work to get it back on my truck after running other errands. Once I had fully set up the camper I was disappointed to find -severe water damage to all the floors as well as some walls. -missing blinds -missing cover for water pump -the back bunk for kids was broken -they provided the wrong power cord for my unit -the oven doesn't work. Very disappointed as the photos in the ad showed no damage and I'm assuming that the damage was why they rushed me out of the yard and didn't do a walk thru. Then after calling them they promised to fix everything. So after I was finished that hitch at work I brought the camper home and on a sketchy corner the trailer decided to lose a wheel. Causing a huge safety hazard to me and everyone else on the road. When I called Shawn about it he told me to get it fixed and he would cover the cost. Getting a roadside call was not cheap and I had to go to Ukraine on a missions trip, so I also had to pay someone to haul my trailer to them. After my 3 week trip I got back to them to tell me my camper is still not ready. So a week after I returned the camper is finally ready. They replaced -the jack. -the water pump cover And gave me a new set of matching rims with mismatched tires, the lug nuts are not even the same size on all 4 which really makes it annoying. When I went to go get my camper I had arranged the day before, then confirmed the day of before driving 3 hours to go get it. Upon arrival Proceeded to tell me that I would not be able to pick up my camper as there was no one to drive the tractor. When I started yelling and swearing then the parts lady ran to the back to see what she could do. Then she returned and said 10 minutes. Then I had to back in to the shop to get my camper. No walk thru like promised. But while we were hooking up the unit the shop guy told me to my face that he can drive the tractor but he was just feeling lazy, but he would do it for the parts lady instead. I'm pretty blown away by the unprofessional attitude and the blatancy towards a customer. I really expected more from a professional dealership, oh and Shawn Dempsey has yet to reimburse me for towing, parts and service as he promised me he would, he also berated my friend who refered me to him because he sold me a junk product and I'm holding him accountable. I've refered 2 other people since to other dealerships through my friend. Also there is a water leak in the lines that I need to get fixed. I've asked about replacing the whole unit as this one is obviously sub par but they fail to communicate with me at all about this.

That's almost 90% increase from the quote and if I didn't pay they were not going to give me my trailer. Tried to take my old parts but I demanded them which was great because once I got them I knew they were lying this was a simple leaf spring replacement they cut it all off so they delayed me 3 days and lied to con me for nearly double the quote and they deleted my first Google review so this is me writing it again because of how bad the service was I argued and walked away paying 50% more than the quote 1800$. I'd just make sure if you use this shop for repairs you know what you need and rough time and complexity it'll take otherwise they may try and take advantage of you. I'd also note if they can make my first review disappear how many people have they done this too? Their high rating is likely a lie of that is the case. Than when I was leaving their shop there was odd noises coming from the trailer just pulling out I checked everything they did and the rear bolts on the leaf springs both sides were not properly sunk! I could fit a credit card between the bolt and it's surface when I told them they said that's fine it'll work it's self out on the road!!! So I had to drive home like this and have it fixed ones I got home. I could have had this done at home for less than 600$ in parts and it would have been done faster and properly without the delays. Highly recommend you do a inspection and check every bolt. Also he said he could not get new stabilizers which originally I was told a full replacement with the hack job I got back im concerned because he said he had to drill out my old stabilizers to get the new bolts in and more and more I don't trust they are csa approved anymore for the road so now I got to order them and have them replaced because they modified a csa part and I don't trust them enough to believe it is still safe for the highway. I will say the front staff was awesome very friendly to try and find solutions and happy to help. But the service manager is a con man. Broke the alberta fair trade act and consumer protection act. Reduced from two stars to one start because they deleted first review on Google but Iv saved this one in case they delete it again this is an important review and I'll make sure it stays up for at least one years time. I'll also be making sure to do more than just Google because of the highly poor work and the fact they deleted it once. Shame on Google for allowing that.

Edmonton West Location:…read more At first when I got to ArrKann, I was impressed. But over the last 3 weeks, the customer service has been a complete hassle! The Sales team; Cassandra & Ryan were both amazing, friendly and they really took our dreams into a reality! (Them two honestly need a freaking raise!) The day of pick up, we drove the trailer to the plot of land of which it would be staying and being a first time buyer we were extremely cautious bringing it home. Upon getting it home, we had noticed the furnace vent door had not been closed completely by their service department; and it had in fact broke in half from the wind all within 30 mins of owning it. We went straight back to Arrkann right away to order the furnace cover. The service manager Christine had ensured that she would order us a new cover and that she would call us... multiple days later still no phone calls. We used the trailer for one night. After pulling out our couches and chairs, there was mouse poop and chewed up pieces of foam scattered under the furniture and in the floor vents. Not cleaned and burnt out light bulb's, but we thought "what ever it's an easy fix" Then the rain came the next day... Buying a 2015, we were aware that it wasn't brand new; however that is why we chose a 30k trailer over a kijiji special. The seal around our slide out was in fact leaking and pouring in water over our dinette, the slide out wall and about 20" of our carpet. We IMMEDIATELY returned it back to ArrKann. That evening we dropped off; we were so close to closing time that we had to call them to say we were on our way and would be there right at closing time. Their staff stayed until we pulled up, and to be told by another service member "that furnace cover is here and in stock"... I was furious, the fact that nobody in the service department even called to tell us they had the part and there was no calls ever made from Christine. We had called her a total of 9 times in a week; leaving multiple voicemails for an update, and never once did she bother to call us. It came to a point where my father had to step in and call Christine to hear of any update on our trailer; she which then put the phone down on my father! (He is a service manager for over the last 16+ years, and never once has he ever treated a customer the way that Christine had). From this point on, our only point of contact is the Manager Cliff. G. For all of our updates, we have called him directly for all of our questions, and estimate time to pick up our trailer. What we thought would be quick, easy and great service; me & Daniel are very disappointed in the ArrKann service department. Sales team is great, and they worked their magic (Amanda was great at getting the interest rate that we were hoping for!). But once you buy, you're on your own. "We've water tested your trailer with a sprinkler, and we can't find any leak, you can come pick up your trailer when you're ready"....they didn't want to reseal our slide out because they couldn't find the problem. However we had video proof of the leak, and the force of wind and amount of water in that rain storm was much greater than what a 'sprinkler' could do. We bought our brand new Fifth wheel in red deer last year. it is a superb unit. There were small…read morethings that needed to be done to the unit but they were identified and we arranged to drop the unit off to the Acheson center in October. We had an issue with our slide toppers allowing water into the coach. We had to chase after them to get the repairs done because no one wanted to listen. we had video evidence of the issue. It was found a major repair was required on the main living room slide. completed. All the small things were verified and fixed We went in to pick the unit up in April the front driver portion of the camper dome had been contacted damaging the gel coat. We did a walk around and found the damage. No one had verified the camper was in good repairs. when we mentioned this they said they would make repairs. it was going to take 3 weeks. W live 4 hours from the repair center. They said we could take the unit and arrange a different time for the repairs to be completed. We brought it back in on July 2nd 2025 for the 3 week repair. They also had replaced the front LED lights but when we got the unit home we found the lights had not been hooked up to the battery because of this a number of the plug ins didn't work. We problem solved this issue and fixed it. When we arrived back to pick up the unit we attempted to hook up the unit and found someone on the team had removed the hitching mechanism from the hitch and had installed it correctly. When questioned we were given a bunch of empty noise about disciplining some junior tech or other. How about you all put a QC process in place to prevent customers from experiencing damage to equipment extra cost and time wasting from a group that is supposed to be professional. Any warranty work I require going forward will be done at a different repair center. For the past 12 months I have had one of my vehicles serviced at Competition Chevrolet in Stony Plain; I will not be returning. Here are a few of the reasons I will not be returning: 1) When performing tire maintenance, mismatched sized tires were installed on the rear-end. 2) Upon returning to their shop to discuss the issue, I requested that the rear-end fluid be changed; this was not done. Subsequently the vehicle was again returned and it was noted that the rear-end fluid was low, so it was topped up, but still not changed. 3) After changing engine oil, oil fill-cap not reinstalled; this resulted in oil throughout the engine compartment. 4) Rear seal replaced a number of times before diagnosing rear yoke issue. (I am sure they would have continued to change the seal if I had not called and asked a few questions!) 5) When changing engine oil, maintenance personnel tracked oil and grime into the vehicle. 6) They continually fail to correctly fill out window sticker date and mileage when next oil change due. Although all of these issues have been resolved, it required numerous telephone calls (some to General Motors of Canada) and regularly returning the vehicle before they could get it right.
