He made sure to show us different options for what we were looking for. At first I wasn't sold as I had my mind made up on another layout and with another dealer. When we were ready to buy, that other dealer dealer didn't even get back to us. We reached out to Paul and came we in to see what other options were available. Paul was so observant with what we were looking for and showed us units that fits our criteria! When we found our new trailer I fell in love with it (I was very skeptical at first) Paul and his team made the whole process very easy. I love how it's family owned and you can tell that they actually care about their customers! If you're looking for amazing quality product, with a great customer experience experience, I highly recommend Trail Blazer and Paul! this is the place to go!

STOP!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!…read more TrailBlazer RV will knowingly sell you DAMAGED GOODS, We bought a 2009 RV from Trailblazer, we asked Mike the sales guy all the right questions and were repeatedly lied to. Brought the RV back for LEAKS more than once and MARK in Service DID NOTHING TO FIX IT!!! SAYING THEY COULD NOT FIND LEAK. ONLY two short yrs later RV was sold for scraps after floor and walls were soaked and moldy. iT BECAME SO WET THAT EVEN OLD PATCHES REOPENED ( We patched where we could but couldnt stay ahead of it, Inspector said the leak was there for more than two years.) TrailBlazer's Manager CHRIS did nothing to compensate us in anyway. Even with these Leaks being previously recorded on TrailBlazers records they said they could do nothing for us. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT JUST GETTING YOUR MONEY, THEN YOU THE CUSTOMER ARE ON YOUR OWN... WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE BUYER BEWARE!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED After only two years we still have a loan to pay for and NO RV :( R&C

All the small things were verified and fixed We went in to pick the unit up in April the front driver portion of the camper dome had been contacted damaging the gel coat. We did a walk around and found the damage. No one had verified the camper was in good repairs. when we mentioned this they said they would make repairs. it was going to take 3 weeks. W live 4 hours from the repair center. They said we could take the unit and arrange a different time for the repairs to be completed. We brought it back in on July 2nd 2025 for the 3 week repair. They also had replaced the front LED lights but when we got the unit home we found the lights had not been hooked up to the battery because of this a number of the plug ins didn't work. We problem solved this issue and fixed it. When we arrived back to pick up the unit we attempted to hook up the unit and found someone on the team had removed the hitching mechanism from the hitch and had installed it correctly. When questioned we were given a bunch of empty noise about disciplining some junior tech or other. How about you all put a QC process in place to prevent customers from experiencing damage to equipment extra cost and time wasting from a group that is supposed to be professional. Any warranty work I require going forward will be done at a different repair center. Empty words like I understand your frustration and you deserve to express yourself is pointless to me do the work and do it right. Positive Jamie D was always there for support. Edmonton West Location:…read more At first when I got to ArrKann, I was impressed. But over the last 3 weeks, the customer service has been a complete hassle! The Sales team; Cassandra & Ryan were both amazing, friendly and they really took our dreams into a reality! (Them two honestly need a freaking raise!) The day of pick up, we drove the trailer to the plot of land of which it would be staying and being a first time buyer we were extremely cautious bringing it home. Upon getting it home, we had noticed the furnace vent door had not been closed completely by their service department; and it had in fact broke in half from the wind all within 30 mins of owning it. We went straight back to Arrkann right away to order the furnace cover. The service manager Christine had ensured that she would order us a new cover and that she would call us... multiple days later still no phone calls. We used the trailer for one night. After pulling out our couches and chairs, there was mouse poop and chewed up pieces of foam scattered under the furniture and in the floor vents. Not cleaned and burnt out light bulb's, but we thought "what ever it's an easy fix" Then the rain came the next day... Buying a 2015, we were aware that it wasn't brand new; however that is why we chose a 30k trailer over a kijiji special. The seal around our slide out was in fact leaking and pouring in water over our dinette, the slide out wall and about 20" of our carpet. We IMMEDIATELY returned it back to ArrKann. That evening we dropped off; we were so close to closing time that we had to call them to say we were on our way and would be there right at closing time. Their staff stayed until we pulled up, and to be told by another service member "that furnace cover is here and in stock"... I was furious, the fact that nobody in the service department even called to tell us they had the part and there was no calls ever made from Christine. We had called her a total of 9 times in a week; leaving multiple voicemails for an update, and never once did she bother to call us. It came to a point where my father had to step in and call Christine to hear of any update on our trailer; she which then put the phone down on my father! (He is a service manager for over the last 16+ years, and never once has he ever treated a customer the way that Christine had). From this point on, our only point of contact is the Manager Cliff. G. For all of our updates, we have called him directly for all of our questions, and estimate time to pick up our trailer. What we thought would be quick, easy and great service; me & Daniel are very disappointed in the ArrKann service department. Sales team is great, and they worked their magic (Amanda was great at getting the interest rate that we were hoping for!). But once you buy, you're on your own. "We've water tested your trailer with a sprinkler, and we can't find any leak, you can come pick up your trailer when you're ready"....they didn't want to reseal our slide out because they couldn't find the problem. However we had video proof of the leak, and the force of wind and amount of water in that rain storm was much greater than what a 'sprinkler' could do. Save your pennies and buy PRIVATELY! 2 Stars, one for Cassandra & one for Ryan doing an amazing job and finding us our dream trailer within our budget. Thank you so much, to the BOTH of you.

Yesterday I picked up my RV and removed it from consignment from the lot in Leduc. Here are some of the historical interactions I underwent with No Bull: 1. Before taking in my RV it was stated that my tanks must be empty and cleaned. OR I would be penalized $500.00 for hazardous waste removal. This task was completed prior to arrival. 2. No Bull says it does not charge commission. 3. A number of weeks passed and no updates or communication passed between No Bull and myself. 4. Then I received a phone call that one of my reverse tail lights was not working and there would be a $230.00 charge to change the lightbulb. 5. I then received a video message that my black tank valve was leaking...? Remember all was drained and cleaned. There would be a charge to repair. TBA according to amount of work needed. 6. In October I was contacted regarding winterizing. No Bull offers winterizing package $99.00. Included was to be a multiple point check report. 7. I sent an email to the Consignor (Lois) asking for updates. I received an email (Craig) a few weeks later Lois was no longer there. November 1; he also mentioned there had been no activity on it but they were waiting for the 'Snowbirds'. 8. Alvin emailed me in January to give me an update. 9. February - Melanie emailed asking for a renewal fee $313.95 or come and get my RV. NOTE: is was February and minus 40 degrees at the time. 10. I paid the renewal fee and indicated that in the event my RV did not sell I would be picking it up May long weekend. Melanie said No Bull needed 2 days written notice. 11. April I emailed asking for an update on my Sunseeker and giving Melanie a heads up for pickup May 15. 2025. We thanked each other. 12. May 12, 2025 I emailed Melanie: Hi Melanie; Just a reminder I will be in Leduc this Thursday, May 15 2025 to pick up my Sunseeker RV. See you then, Lisa There was no response from No Bull. Now I will go over how some of the above numbered events went. Number 1; when I picked up my RV May 15, I checked all the storage cubbies. Much to my dismay my sewer hose was gone! I was told - 'Due to biohazards all sewer hoses were thrown away'. 'You would not want a used sewer hose...' I purchased my Sunseeker 5 years ago used from Carefree RV it came with the sewer hose. No hiccups about biohazards. Remember I was told to have all cleaned and empty. The sewer hose was clean. Also the hose I had was not the simple black accordion sewer hose but (upon looking for a replacement) a Waste Master which retails between $255.00 - $375.00. I do not believe that any knowledgeable RV technician would throw out a clean expensive item such as this. They STOLE it. Also using No Bull biohazard urban myths - one could rationalize that a used RV toilet is used.... and should be disposed of. And used RV mattresses which would contain all sorts of bodily fluids.... should be disposed of. Number 9; I called Melanie to discuss the renewal. She said basically pay or come and pick up my RV. It was February, minus 40 and I live 2 hours north of Leduc. With almost no options I conceded to pay the extension fee. We also discussed the price No Bull currently had on my RV. She indicated I set the price!! Confused I said no Lois set the price. She suggested I lower the price. I asked would I receive the lower amount. She said NO it would be minus the mark up. I said oh, your commission, she said they don't charge a commission. So MARK UP vs COMMISSION I am thinking tomato / tomato. Number 5; leaking black tank valve - when I did a walk around checking the storage cubbies, the black and grey valves were open. I closed and turned the valves to the locked position. END OF THE LEAKING... Number 6; winterizing - I was never given a copy of the Checkpoint Report. Haven't turned on the water pump yet but here's hoping I see antifreeze. I am a single white female over 60 - I did not know what to do when it came to selling my RV. I listened to No Bull catchy radio advertisements and fell for the hype. No Bull exactly but lots of manure.... All said and done an expensive lesson over $2000.00. If I had okayed the unnecessary repairs it would have been a lot worse. PS: just to sum up my experience with No Bull they even STOLE my new 9 volt battery I left for my smoke detector. They replaced the cover but took the battery. Seems like a small item but it reflects the respect they have for their clients.

After your first visit you realize you cannot trust their claim of what has been done to what actually has been done. It really starts from the Service Manager and then ripples down the line. The receptionist has answers for nothing, you can ask her anything and her response is ‍ Had I known what I was walking into as far as the service department is concerned, I may have considered a different brand. I sure hope GD gets enough complaints about Woody's service department that they decide to no longer associate with them. My only recommendation to you if you are reading this comment and you are looking at a Grand Design RV, don't do it until you have found a service department that is willing to service your RV because they only thing Woody's Service Department is willing to do is charge you for work that you will never actually know for sure, has actually been done.
