We Looked at the trailer and decided that we were going to proceed with the purchase. We went back to Stony RV to sign off on the paperwork and noticed during the inspection that the fridge was leaking. We were told they had one upstairs they could swap it out for, they just had to make sure if was the right fit first. Otherwise, they may need to source elsewhere. They put his name on the folder, and let us know they would get back to us. We followed up a couple times, waiting for the fridge situation to be rectified. Today we were told "sorry, we sold that trailer." What a complete waste of time, will not be using them again. Would not recommend to others. Hopefully the person that bought the trailer received it with the new fridge. Not just a broken fridge with the mess cleaned up and tucked under the rug for the owner to deal with on his own dime.

I looked at the online inventory picked a beautiful trailer and applied. I was approved quickly and started paying for my trailer before I even seen it. Big mistake trusting him and the photos online. I went to go get my camper there, and there was no walk through no instructions I was basically told to get the trailer off the lot by 5 or they would lock the gates. I pulled it off the lot and parked it at the truck stop across the road. When I returned the jack wouldn't work to get it back on my truck after running other errands. Once I had fully set up the camper I was disappointed to find -severe water damage to all the floors as well as some walls. -missing blinds -missing cover for water pump -the back bunk for kids was broken -they provided the wrong power cord for my unit -the oven doesn't work. Very disappointed as the photos in the ad showed no damage and I'm assuming that the damage was why they rushed me out of the yard and didn't do a walk thru. Then after calling them they promised to fix everything. So after I was finished that hitch at work I brought the camper home and on a sketchy corner the trailer decided to lose a wheel. Causing a huge safety hazard to me and everyone else on the road. When I called Shawn about it he told me to get it fixed and he would cover the cost. Getting a roadside call was not cheap and I had to go to Ukraine on a missions trip, so I also had to pay someone to haul my trailer to them. After my 3 week trip I got back to them to tell me my camper is still not ready. So a week after I returned the camper is finally ready. They replaced -the jack. -the water pump cover And gave me a new set of matching rims with mismatched tires, the lug nuts are not even the same size on all 4 which really makes it annoying. When I went to go get my camper I had arranged the day before, then confirmed the day of before driving 3 hours to go get it. Upon arrival Proceeded to tell me that I would not be able to pick up my camper as there was no one to drive the tractor. When I started yelling and swearing then the parts lady ran to the back to see what she could do. Then she returned and said 10 minutes. Then I had to back in to the shop to get my camper. No walk thru like promised. But while we were hooking up the unit the shop guy told me to my face that he can drive the tractor but he was just feeling lazy, but he would do it for the parts lady instead. I'm pretty blown away by the unprofessional attitude and the blatancy towards a customer. I really expected more from a professional dealership, oh and Shawn Dempsey has yet to reimburse me for towing, parts and service as he promised me he would, he also berated my friend who refered me to him because he sold me a junk product and I'm holding him accountable. I've refered 2 other people since to other dealerships through my friend. Also there is a water leak in the lines that I need to get fixed. I've asked about replacing the whole unit as this one is obviously sub par but they fail to communicate with me at all about this.

That's almost 90% increase from the quote and if I didn't pay they were not going to give me my trailer. Tried to take my old parts but I demanded them which was great because once I got them I knew they were lying this was a simple leaf spring replacement they cut it all off so they delayed me 3 days and lied to con me for nearly double the quote and they deleted my first Google review so this is me writing it again because of how bad the service was I argued and walked away paying 50% more than the quote 1800$. I'd just make sure if you use this shop for repairs you know what you need and rough time and complexity it'll take otherwise they may try and take advantage of you. I'd also note if they can make my first review disappear how many people have they done this too? Their high rating is likely a lie of that is the case. Than when I was leaving their shop there was odd noises coming from the trailer just pulling out I checked everything they did and the rear bolts on the leaf springs both sides were not properly sunk! I could fit a credit card between the bolt and it's surface when I told them they said that's fine it'll work it's self out on the road!!! So I had to drive home like this and have it fixed ones I got home. I could have had this done at home for less than 600$ in parts and it would have been done faster and properly without the delays. Highly recommend you do a inspection and check every bolt. Also he said he could not get new stabilizers which originally I was told a full replacement with the hack job I got back im concerned because he said he had to drill out my old stabilizers to get the new bolts in and more and more I don't trust they are csa approved anymore for the road so now I got to order them and have them replaced because they modified a csa part and I don't trust them enough to believe it is still safe for the highway. I will say the front staff was awesome very friendly to try and find solutions and happy to help. But the service manager is a con man. Broke the alberta fair trade act and consumer protection act. Reduced from two stars to one start because they deleted first review on Google but Iv saved this one in case they delete it again this is an important review and I'll make sure it stays up for at least one years time. I'll also be making sure to do more than just Google because of the highly poor work and the fact they deleted it once. Shame on Google for allowing that.

Brought the RV back for LEAKS more than once and MARK in Service DID NOTHING TO FIX IT!!! SAYING THEY COULD NOT FIND LEAK. ONLY two short yrs later RV was sold for scraps after floor and walls were soaked and moldy. iT BECAME SO WET THAT EVEN OLD PATCHES REOPENED ( We patched where we could but couldnt stay ahead of it, Inspector said the leak was there for more than two years.) TrailBlazer's Manager CHRIS did nothing to compensate us in anyway. Even with these Leaks being previously recorded on TrailBlazers records they said they could do nothing for us. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT JUST GETTING YOUR MONEY, THEN YOU THE CUSTOMER ARE ON YOUR OWN... WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE BUYER BEWARE!!!!
