I don't go to the doctor's often because I'm relatively healthy. Apparently, since I didn't go enough, the receptionist would not give me an appointment, claiming they weren't taking new patients. I had been there a little over a year before for a physical, yet I was still persuaded to look elsewhere and the receptionist even offered to help me find other doctors' offices to call. They said they were not taking new patients, yet I had never been to any other doctor. When a relative who also goes to that office questioned them, they claimed it was a mistake, that they would surely give me an appointment. I have since found another doctor, but I was pretty dismayed and thought it was particularly telling about this doctor that they would not even do me the courtesy of a phone call if they really did make a mistake.

My first visit which I specifically scheduled for when a dr. would be in only to find out he decided not to come to work that day. The tech dismissed as nothing what I knew was cancerous lesion on my nose. Next visit doctor agreed to a biopsy which was positive. 3rd visit (this is 3 months later) finally surgeon they contract out to removes it. 4th visit tech removes stitches except she misses one. No oversight. 5th visit, I go to complain about scar on my nose from stitch that I removed late because scar wasn't healing. And you know what dr. said? "So you are complaining about a scar instead of thanking us for removing your cancer?" And he quotes me $300+ for micro-needling to remove scar. Unbelievable. Go anywhere else. RUN FROM THEM.

I had an emergency situation once and his Southold office took me in immediately, no push one for this, a person answered the phone, listened to me, consulted with Dr Sheren and had me come right down. When I thanked Dr Sheren for getting me in so quickly, he said "that's what we're supposed to do." Well yes I thought, but what doctor does that today. I'm not sure why Dr Sheren chose to practice here but he's a goldmine.

However, this was not the case at all. The nurse and doctor I saw were both attentive despite the late hour. The doctor was knowledgeable, informative, and friendly, which is so rare in a convenience care setting where they will likely never see you again. After the positive experience I would not hesitate to go back.

They were more concerned with her than Dr Naomi Morey was. Dr does not communicate with my daughter and talks to assistant like my daughter isn't in the room. Btw my daughter is on the spectrum so it's very hard for her to speak up. This Dr really needs to go back to school and relearn how to respect her patients.
