He said that was not acceptable. I gave him my CT drivers license. He said it expired in 2023. I said it's the same information, has a photo and CT license #. He said the refund would not process without a current drivers license. I dug out my current drivers license and gave it to him and he processed the refund. We then rang up the candy again with the Walgreens card and it gave me the 25% discount and I saved @ $10.00. I am wondering why I had to show ID to get a refund from something I just purchased with cash 2 minutes prior. The sign on the candy did not say 25% off with use of card. It said 25% off. After a wk., finally got someone to pick up the phone. Pharmacy mngr. Kim said she would call me bk. I kept calling every hr as she didn't do what she said she was going to do. Finally got through to a female with the I.Q. of a banana who tried to give me attitude @ how busy they are blah blah blah. I gave it right bk. Kim then picks up calls me a child for getting angry and claims she called me TWICE! I checked call log on phone and there is no record of incoming call from CVS! I asked if the rx was ready. She said it would be ready in 30 mins. I said TY goodbye. Their issues are theirs. If they r incapable of performing their jobs in a timely manner, I hear Amazon is hiring. But you'd have to be able to read and write so maybe that wouldn't be an option. These r horrible ppl who deserve every lousy review they get!
