    Korin is amazing!!! She answered all my questions and concerns whenever I needed something. If I was confused or needed a suggestion when I was indecisive she had great ideas which helped me consider different ideas. She reassured me everything was gonna turn out amazing when I became brideZilla and was freaking out. During my wedding my two year old was difficult and when the in laws were busy she helped out with getting her a bottle or taking her away in the other room while I got some pictures done. She made sure everything was in place and on time. She knew how to do my bustle when it was complicated to figure out for my bridesmaids. My bridal party was rowdy and she dealt with them with patience. I would recommend her to any bride!

    Kristen was the wedding coordinator for our wedding reception in San Juan Capistrano. She did a great job coordinating with us the month before the wedding and kept in frequent contact with us leading up to the event. She was responsive to our requests, and coordinated with all our vendors to make sure that everything went according to plan. As usual with any wedding, things didn't go perfectly. There were a few things that we forgot to bring (i.e., pens for the guestbook) and the venue administrator forgot to send Kristen our revised seating chart. But you really wouldn't have noticed, because Kristen did a good job of making sure the most important stuff was all taken care of. You could tell that she really cares about your event and wants it to be a big success. Also, a shout out to her husband at DJ Sota Entertainment. He was a great DJ. He did a really great job with the music and MC'in the event. The two of them make a great team, and I would highly recommend them for whatever event you are planning.

    I hired Kristen as a day-of coordinator for my recent wedding, and she was undoubtedly so impressive from beginning to end, of our entire experience working with her. Ironically we learned about her through a referral of her husband, DJ Dakota Sottosanto of DJ Sota Entertainment. We ended up hiring them both - best decision ever - they are a seamless power duo team. I have pretty high expectations of vendors and hired staff, since I handle PR for many high profile events in Los Angeles, and often have steep budgets- but NOT for my own wedding =/ Since we paid for our wedding ourselves, my goal was to find the best coordinator I could find for the best value. I spoke with many coordinators/planners from LA and OC, and ended up going with Kristen. From the start she was quick to provide super valuable feedback of my ideas. Her vendor references and insight through the process were all top notch, and impressed me incredibly. She knows EVERYONE and had references for any price point. She really respected where we were budget wise, and also respected our time and was super flexible leading up to our day. My wedding itself was very challenging as well.... it was a multi level outdoor estate location that was up and down stairs, with family that was sensitive to each other, and I was a bit OCD and very specific with how I wanted things to look... was VERY detailed. I even made this ridiculous spreadsheet of large and small details, and she was not phased the least bit -- she handled everything with grace and professionalism, and made sure it was all executed day of. She also contacted all of my vendors without me having to ask (usually I would do this myself), and took SO MUCH off of my plate making sure everyone was squared away right before my wedding. She also created the most immaculate timeline, with every minute planned for the florist to the caterer. Having hired DJ Sota also made it even more of a seamless, happy, perfect experience. I found myself saying something to Dakota about a change in timeline for example, and immediately Kristen was updated. My advice would truly be to HIRE HER - and definitely hire Dakota too if you are looking for a DJ.. he is really unbelievable the way he catered to our specific oldies funk theme while mixing in other tunes, and navigating/managing all the sound elements of my space. My wedding was undoubtedly my dream come true, and I really do owe a part of that joy to Kristen and her team. Her DAY-OF performance and rehearsal walk thru performance was SUPERB. She managed my huge wedding party (of seemingly wild adult children) so so well, and had so many great ideas to improve the flow, where people stood with the space, etc. etc. She really thinks of many details that you don't think of, and quite frankly, don't want to be worried about on your wedding day. She took every worry off of my shoulders and even when there were issues, she handled it without me even knowing. She is the best liaison for any bride, her wedding party, the event itself and your vendors. On top of that she did little things like saving me a take home box of desserts... making sure my ballroom shoes were in place.. moving guests to where they needed to be during a last minute group photo decision. She was amazing. I cannot speak more highly of her and her team, and her husband. THANK YOU KRISTEN for making my wedding day so so special =) xo

We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. Even though it's been a few months, our guests still mention how lovely our wedding was, which makes us so happy to know that we chose a fantastic team. We highly recommend Tiana and her family/team for your wedding or special event. Thank you Tiana, Adena, and Lance for making our day feel extra special!!!

What they pulled off for our 200-guest "California Coastal" wedding at Calamigos Ranch in the mountains of Malibu was nothing short of extraordinary. Flawless isn't a strong enough word because it implies a flaw would have been possible. From the layout to the flow, the band to the officiant and live performance, every single element felt effortless because behind the scenes, Deborah and Valentin were orchestrating every detail with incredible foresight and care. One of the many ways they went above and beyond? Helping us lock down an after-party venue before it had even opened to the public. Thanks to their local connections and creative problem-solving, we were able to tour and book a brand new space that turned out to be the perfect end to the perfect night. They handled vendor coordination with military-grade precision -- making sure timelines were tight, contractual requirements were met, and everyone was fully in sync. Always being positive and optimistic, she's an entire support system in one person! She's far more than a coordinator but also a source of comfort when nerves run high and she's everything we could've wanted from a coordinator. During our wedding she shielded us from a lot of things that I'm sure could've taken us away from our day, all the small things with vendors/rentals/layout/communication was executed perfectly, she has great attention to detail with emails/paperwork leading up to the wedding and maybe most importantly she really made sure that day-of we were going to have the BEST time of our lives, and that's exactly what happened. She really wants that for her clients, she's the first person we hugged after our ceremony and for good reason, because she's knows our wedding journey more than anyone, and she was along for the ride the whole time... never complaining and always having a positive uplifting can-do attitude. We also hired their florist who was overwhelmed, overpromised and underdelivered and needed extra help. Three Sisters was the most disappointing and frustrating vendor in every sense. Would rate 0 stars if could. Stay away. We were assured on every call, "We just want you to relax and not worry about anything on your big day. We got this." It was surprising to hear at the rehearsal that "We aren't allowed on site until noon." The bride and bridesmaids were arriving at 9am. "The photographer is coming at 11am," we said. "Oh, they're the exception." We asked the event site coordinator who said they could've been there at 9am with us. We hired Three Sisters for the primary purpose of making sure the bride's stepmother did not interfere with any of the activities. This was repeated ad nauseum on every pre-planning call and stressed repeatedly. Within minutes of her arriving (and the groom saying, "That's her.") she had already made it into the bridal suite (where there was no coordinator at any time in the day assisting with all the logistics. When asked the coordinators said, "we are overwhelmed." The rings were not present immediately before the ceremony. The groom noticed last minute. Christina shrugged. She had been told where they were in the morning and forgot. They did not exchange contact information or start a group chat with the venue coordinators when one was asked to call our coordinator and ask where they were. A bridesmaid had to run up on a golf cart to get them. There was never any coordinator around when ANY photos were being taken despite them providing all our photo pairings and shot list as asked. Many photos were missed completely. At post-ceremony photos, family members left the ceremony site. We looked at each other and realized we had coordinators to help. Christina was cleaning between chairs. The groom explained to her to arrange the next group of family members the subsequent set behind them. Like a coordinator should be doing. There was no bouquet for the toss nor a coordinator anywhere to be found. The photographer had to take flowers out of a vase on the table. The flowers were sparse and did not match the pictures of inspiration provided. The bridal bouquet was tiny and had roses despite asking and told that ranunculus was available. The groom asked for sage and was given the eucalyptus he did not want. We said "lush." The sweetheart table to be covered, and you could see our legs and if we dropped food or silverware. The five beams cost $1800 to have a single strand of thin ivy wrapped around them. It looked like a string of Xmas lights. Heather helped her florist sister all day rather than focus on events. At one point they drove by on a golf cart and asked the groom, "Have they found the missing bouquet?" That is something he needs to worry about? During the middle of our dinner walked to our table to ask, "Are you mad at me?" Heather sent some staff off to eat off site bc "I forget who on my team has food allergies" despite us asking specifically being told none. Staff left on our dime. Uber Eats also would've been a better option. They asked the father of the bride for his speech (so he could "relax") and then lost it so we had to track it down. When the bridal processional started, the quartet played for 30 seconds before the gates were opened. Christina kept asking the bride if she was ready and she replied "Yes" three times while Christina just stared back but did not open the gates until the father of the bride had to sternly tell her to. This was the most awful and stressful experience and at no point in the day was anything coordinated. It was just made more complicated. We could've handled all the above had we known it was our responsibility. Instead, we TRUSTED them to take care of everything, and they blew it. It should be noted in response to the above they replied in email that not all of it was their fault. They would send us a follow-up email explaining what was not. That has still not been received but should be no surprise.

We first spoke to Katie for an initial call and she was really knowledgable and friendly that I was sad to hear we would be working with another coordinator, but Emily happily jumped on a call to ease any worries I may have had. We went with the Month of Coordination service which allowed us to do most of the planning ourselves (most of our vendors were locked in early on, but MB provides a lovely list of vendors they've worked with in case it's needed). Emily had us fill out a very detailed questionnaire (you can tell they know what they're doing with the questions being asked) and went over every detail with us, including areas we were still figuring out. She was available for any questions I had as well leading up to the day, made sure to reach out to all of our vendors with the master timeline, and even provided some guidance for my cousin that was officiating for the first time. A big bonus is how many weddings they've coordinated at Walnut Grove that they're very familiar with the venue and the folks from Command Performance Catering. Emily led us through rehearsal the day before and made sure the actual wedding day went smoothly. She made it possible for us to focus on enjoying the day with our friends and family, but still keep on schedule with her gentle reminders.

We held our wedding at Walnut Grove and it was clear that Emily knew what she was doing, especially at that venue! I am definitely a more anxious bride and had many questions, emails, texts. Emily responded to each one with so much grace and expertise. Wedding planning can be isolating at times because there is so much to do - but I really felt like I had a partner in Emily. She was so responsive and enthusiastic! Her excitement and calm attitude carried me in moments I wanted to give up wedding planning altogether. On our wedding rehearsal - our bridal parties all remarked at how pleasant yet professional Emily was. She really made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Which was especially difficult because we had a bridal party of about 20+ people! On the day of the wedding, we had very strong winds (at an all outdoor venue) and I was blissfully unaware of the chaos occuring. But Emily and her assistant Katie handled the situation so well. Whenever Emily checked in with me regarding things that were not going to plan, she had so much confidence and peace that it was easy for me to make quick decisions.
