    Yami truly brought magic to our wedding day. Highly recommended by a friend who had her as their wedding coordinator, she exceeded our expectations from our very first meeting. Throughout the entire planning process--sourcing vendors, coordinating with the venue, and managing the event day itself--Yami demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. Almost all of our vendors were selected through her trusted recommendations. On the wedding day, Yami flawlessly handled all of the decorations and guided us seamlessly through each transition, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our special day with our friends and family. We couldn't be more grateful, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone planning their event.

    Where do I even begin?! We hired Yami to be our wedding planner/wedding coordinator for our December 2023 wedding last year. We were so nervous about planning our wedding & she eased our anxiety from the very first phone call we had with her. She was always available to answer any questions we had, recommended amazing vendors to us, & helped bring our vision to life on our actual wedding day. We had a couple of people cancel the night before the wedding but Yami came to the rescue & was able to rearrange our entire seating chart. She made our wedding reception area look so beautiful!     This review is LONG overdue! I was one of those "covid brides" that rescheduled their wedding so many times! 4 to be exact. We already had a venue in OC that would fit 100-200 people and our guest list was about 120. We kept having to postpone our date. We had to change invitations too and it was sad to feel so excited then let down when the reality of the world around us was consumed by Covid-19. Fed up with postponing our dream wedding, I thought about it one night and started looking into micro weddings. I don't know how I came across Yami but I'm forever grateful that I did! I looked into her micro wedding packages, started talking to her and she showed me her options at the time. I fell in love with the intimate garden backyard setting. The whole process with Yami was super smooth. We were impressed with her organization, timeline and day of coordination. She consistently provides amazing service and puts her bride/groom first--making sure that they don't have to worry about anything the day of. Everyone told me to go with a coordinator because it makes a difference and I'm here to second that because it truly does. Yami also helped us with vendor referrals, took care of the decor, bartender, and a lot of small details that we may have overlooked. Yami makes sure your wedding is exactly how you envision it and if you are lacking ideas, she's extremely creative and a DIY unicorn!     Yamileth is amazing! I got married in 2021 and was so overwhelmed because of COVID. I found her through references on Facebook & hiring her was the best decision we could've made. I did not lift a finger on the day of my wedding she absolutely killed it the day of. She catered to my husband and I & we were so grateful she was there. 2 years later we've remained in contact and she also coordinated a family members wedding & I've even had the pleasure of working alongside Yami.     I happened to find Yami on a Reddit wedding thread, and I am endlessly grateful that I did. Hiring Yami and her team was the best decision we made, and they were responsible for making the whole wedding planning process incredibly smooth, relaxed, and stress free. She and her team are seriously the best! I contacted Yami, and she very quickly got back to me and answered all of my initial outreach questions and set up a call for us to talk. After this call, I knew she would be an amazing wedding coordinator and was so excited to work with her with her month-of package. Although we had the month-of package, Yami was very helpful throughout the entire process; she was kind and answered questions I had prior to the month of the wedding. She provided wonderful vendor recommendations (the majority of our vendors were on Yami's list!), coordinated so amazingly and seamlessly with our venue and vendors, toured the venue with us, crafted and polished the wedding day timeline, provided essential feedback and advice that was key to making the wedding timeline and day so organized and seamless, and answered all my last minute stressed-bride questions so quickly. On the wedding day, she ran everything so wonderfully and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She helped us keep us on our timeline and always maintained a very calm and reassuring attitude. She made sure my husband and I had time to ourselves and had everything we needed. The day could not have gone any better thanks to Yami and her team! We also used her photo booth service, which was also wonderful. It was an absolute hit, and everyone loved it and had such a blast! Beyond being an incredibly talented planner and coordinator, Yami is just a wonderful person who is very kind, fun, and thoughtful.     Yami! Yami! Yami! This review is waaaay past due. We hired Yami 03/2020, LITERALLY 3 days before the shutdown. We postponed like 2 or 3 times until we FINALLY said "I DO" on 6.18.22. Since day 1 Yami was very helpful. Imagine the questions and concerns having to postpone a weeding multiple times and trying to coordinate and make sure that all the vendors had the same availability. Yami helped with it all. Any question I had, she answered. If she didn't have the answer she would fore sure figure it out. She made the perfect timeline for us and let me tell you, we couldn't have been happier with all the details. DAY OF THE WEDDING: Honestly, I don't know how we would have even gotten in 1 bite of food if it wasn't for her. She made sure that everything was as perfect as if it was for her wedding. Her team and her made a beautiful entry table that I barely even planned for. We also used her photobooth. She printed photos of us from her booth to use for our entry table because clearly I did not remember. LOL. Her and her team made sure that everything ran just as the timeline said.     First of all, I did not know yami at all, I based of my hiring process through the reviews of the previous brides and clients that she has. Also, price matters. She is not overly priced, I feel like she could've been paid more for the stressed that she takes over from the brides. Read every review she has, they are all amazing. our outdoor wedding happened 09/03/2022 it was the hottest day of the year (heat wave). I was worried about my guest and vendors. Yami and her team was absolutely phenomenal for handling our family. She is and will always be a good communicator and that's very important in your stressful days. She would give you opinions, vendors that she trusts and will respect your wants and opinions too. she helped me handle my stress a week before the wedding and trust the process in her hands. There's no other way that my wedding would've ended up like how I envision it without her help. Hire her and you will not regret it. worth the money and time. I work in an emergency room but seeing her handle a full day of work with crazy families around all day is absolutely priceless, she handled it with grace. My parents said "yami was great. Good job on getting her." one of the most grateful part of our day was, when She never came up to me to ask me of anything that's going down during the wedding. I was just surprised that after a week post wedding, I did not realize that there were flaws on my wedding day, because she made sure that my husband and I are not stressed with anything and our wedding was perfect for us.     Yami was by far the best decision I made when it came to wedding planning. To anyone contemplating getting a coordinator, do it and go with Yami! Hands down she pays for herself in vendors. She has gone above and beyond when it came to my wedding. Originally my date was set to be 9.25.21, but with the sudden passing of a very close loved one we had no other choice but to cancel and reschedule for 11.20.21. Without Yami, I would have not even known where to start. She without any additional charge and no questions asked went out of her way to make my day come to life and better than before. I would consider her to be family now, and look forward to using her on my future events and life milestones. She is truly one of a kind.

Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

She made me feel supported, confident, and completely at ease throughout the entire process. Because of her, I experienced almost no stress while planning our wedding. She didn't just bring my vision to life--she gave me everything I dreamed of and more. What I appreciated most was how intentional she was about creating a wedding that felt authentically us. She took the time to understand who we were as a couple and brought that vision to life in a way that felt personal, meaningful, and beautiful. I'm also a very detail-oriented and particular person, so I had high expectations. Somehow, every detail exceeded them. Every decision, every recommendation, and every element of the wedding felt thoughtfully planned and executed. One of my favorite memories happened on our wedding day. I had told myself I wasn't going to cry, but after the ceremony, I remember telling MJ how happy I was and how perfect everything had been. For example, during planning, we were dead set on having a "last hour" EDM set, with a curated mix with mashups, remixes, edits, etc., but James graciously communicated that it's difficult in a wedding environment, as it's more about keeping guests dancing and engaged than "performing", as a EDM DJ normally would at a show or club. This was something we really appreciated. He was an absolute ace during the wedding ceremony and reception. As MC, he kept our guests involved, made announcements with grace and charisma, and masterfuly navigated different guests' (drunk) personalities during a game. My husband and I wanted to plan something of a wedding celebration dinner, and we knew we needed some help because we live on the other side of the country and also none of our family and friends were available to provide much support. JM Events came recommended to me by my photographer who had been in the wedding industry for over a decade. I set up a call with Lilian and we went over my vision for what kind of event I was envisioning and she discussed what kinds of services JME could provide for our event and also shared that they had planned and coordinated similar type events in the recent past. After our call, I also had meetings with other event coordination companies and it was clear to me that JM Events would be the best fit for us as they seemed the most competent and professional. I also liked that JM Events was based nearby our venue. Two months ahead of the event, Alexis began working with us. We tossed around a lot of high-level ideas we were considering and Alexis provided insight on whether or not or how they would work within the constraints of our venue and timeline. Alexis and Lilian also had vendor recs at the ready at different price points whenever we needed them as well. Over time we narrowed down which ideas we wanted at our wedding and Alexis provided invaluable insight on wedding logistics and restaurant service ops that we should consider in our planning. She attended our venue walkthrough with us so that we could begin to visualize placement for different "stations" at our wedding and also served as our advocate with the various vendors we had hired. She also checked in with us and the vendors over increments in time so that we met all of our venue deadlines and to ensure that all of the vendors were in lockstep with what we were planning.  The week of the event, Alexis worked to make sure to send out event confirmations with all of our vendors so that each vendor was prepared to arrive on time and any accommodation our vendors needed were provided. This was so impressive that my make-up artist asked me where I had found Alexis! Alexis and Lillian were consummate professionals through and through, I felt supported the entire time and any question I had was met with a very considered response that only a very experienced events planning professional could provide.  Our wedding celebration was one of the best days of both my husband and my lives. We also received so many compliments on our event, like "best wedding ever" and "can I copy your entire wedding?" I was on cloud nine the whole night and in watching some of my friend's video footage I saw Alexis working in the background making sure that our timeline was executed exactly as planned.  I know certainly that without JME and Alexis, our night would not have went off as seamlessly as it did and I am so grateful for JME and their team. I feel like we had a pretty good idea and plan for everything we needed, yet, Lilian still, easily, made things even better. There were so many things we didn't know we needed. She was so thorough, organized, and thoughtful and knowing she and her team would be by our side to finalize the details and (basically) walk us down the aisle, really put us at ease. Her communication was spot on - not just with us, but with our vendors, and with handling any (not unexpected) last minute changes. She was so easy to reach and communicate with, and was always so patient and efficient. She knew what we wanted, what we needed, and offered suggestions along the way. On our big day, her team was just as great - from the pre-wedding set up, making sure our bridal party had everything we needed, even helping us order boba - Lilian had everything all thought out. She checked in with us throughout the busy night, and helped wrap things up seamlessly. We truly couldn't imagine a more perfect day, and would not have had it any other way. I'd recommend her to everybody I know - for any event, big or small! Thank you JME team!

From our initial call with Grace, it was clear she understood our vision and she had this calm (almost Zen-like) confidence about her that made us feel heard, cared for, and like she's the type to be on top of her stuff and get sh*t done to make our wedding our best day ever. Grace suggested partial planning with us which helped us save some $$ without compromising any thing. It was perfect for us because she helped with vendor communication and provided a variety of recommendations for us to look into. She was extremely patient with us (I'm a Virgo ). She answered any questions we had with care, handled communicating the feedback we had with vendors, worked with new vendors we found, and offered her expert opinion in a way where we felt she was always taking our overall vision into consideration. Her level of service was consistent throughout the planning process, to the wedding day, and all through to the end of clean up and the breakdown of the wedding. Side note: My wife and I didn't realize that Grace delivered her second child during our planning process with her - there was not a single hiccup in her service, so this woman is a superwoman and super mom!

Not only did Grace plan our wedding in that short amount of time (about 4 months) but she also planned our rehearsal dinner and welcome party the day before. Somehow, she made everything feel effortless. The wedding was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Grace handled EVERYTHING, from venue coordination, food, drinks, logistics, rentals, linens, signage, party favors, website details, photography, videography, florals, hair and makeup and even helping secure approvals with the fire marshal for real candles and full drapery. Every vendor she recommended was incredible and together they created the absolute dream team. We had countless calls and probably millions of text messages from me, especially as a Type A bride, and Grace was patient, responsive, organized and always one step ahead. She truly understood our vision and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Our welcome party, rehearsal dinner and wedding day were PERFECT. Honestly, beyond perfect. Guests are still telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Our wedding party and immediate family kept saying not only was it the best wedding ever, but that we had assembled the best vendor team imaginable all thanks to Grace. What meant the most to me was how stress-free she made everything feel. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy our wedding day because Grace handled every big and small detail behind the scenes. She even made sure tray passes and our signature cocktails were brought to our getting-ready suite because she knew we would miss them while taking photos and doing makeup touch-ups. Those little thoughtful moments meant everything. If I could do my wedding all over again, Grace would be my very first call.
