Yami is truly amazing! I just got married 11/6/21 and she was so helpful during the entire process. We had an intimate wedding less than 35 people and Yami answered all my many questions. I got one of her elopement packages that was honestly so helpful and concise. It was the perfect thing to do for a small wedding. I am so grateful to Yami and her team. I want to start this review by saying I have NEVER left a review like this before. Yami and her service was incredibly disappointing. I have no idea how she is a recommended vendor Rustic Yard Events. She was rude, unprofessional and honestly incredibly unprepared with adequate staff to support a large wedding. She makes is VERY known she is busy, working on too many weddings at one time and makes a bride feel like that she inconveniencing her. We hired her as a month of coordinator - but she's actually a day of coordinator, just charges you extra for a quick 15 minute phone call to tell you she'll be in contact. She does not help with anything in terms of planning, you do all the work. She just sends one final email 4 days before your wedding to the vendors you've already spent a hours coordinating and taking to. She tells you all the things she WONT help with the day of, and expects to be paid for incredibly mediocre customer services. She tried charging us $250 to put napkins on our table. lol (mind you her team didn't even set up the tables, my MIL hand placed every vase and candle on each table) We had a wedding of 255 guests and made it very clear of the type of help we needed, to ensure that every went smoothly. Yami didn't show up that day, (she was busy) and sent Connie. Connie was very sweet and as helpful as she could be, but she needed about 3-4x the assistants. As the bride, I didn't see Connie all night. Maybe one time, when she asked me if I wanted to re-greet 150 guests, because she wasn't there to arrange the ONE a request I had. (Have our coordinator follow us as we said hi to each table and ensure we took a photo and didn't stay longer then 1-minuet ). Or the time she put me and the bridal party in a room for 30 -45 minutes and forgot about us... we had to go find her to ask why we were still waiting to enter the reception. Then said "oh ya! We can start"... that night goes by so fast. No one has that kinda time to waste. Again, Connie was very sweet, but she needed help. Just one bride looking out for another bride, do yourself a favor and find a coordinator who loves their job and treats people kindly. read more

Where do I even begin! Yami made our small intimate elopement/wedding truly magical. Everyone had such a blast (including our two pups!) and her team of vendors... WOW! They felt like family. They embraced my extremely talkative dad (lol), all my asks and my goofy groom! The groom is not a fan of weddings, but he had so much fun and all the vendors really captured that and just let him be him! Can't thank Yami enough of putting it all together :) read more
